It’s a 7-Eleven. I don’t ask much from a convenience store.It was fairly clean & organized (I think people were stocking the few times I went in?), and the food on the rollers were great! Far better than I expected. They even had some Zapp’s chips which I can never find anywhere in Tucson! Just be wary of the steps/ramp when you come down the front. I trip every time.

It's been decades since I have been inside a 7-11. My experience at this Speedway and Park location was dreadful. On August 14, 2022 at 7:30pm. I approached counter with my items and a young man behind the counter adorned with ski cap, busy texting on his phone rudely states, "CASH ONLY' without looking up to greet me or make eye contact. Thankfully another employee rang me up but as I was being rung up, another customer puts her items on counter and again, the young man in ski cap, still texting away on his phone, hollers, "CASH ONLY"! The woman mumbles and fumbles with her wallet and Mr. Ski Cap says, "What? You don't speak English?" The customer walked away and left. I do not blame her for doing so. Unbelievably rude. Oh! And the floor beneath the soda fountain was so sticky that I damn near walked right out of my shoes. Avoid this dreadful location at all costs. Disgusting store and rude cashier!

Changing review went by about 345am and clerk had doors locked and was sleeping . Knocked on window no answer . Had to go up the road to circle K

***THIS OCCURED AT THE ST. MARYS LOCATION. CHANGING THIS TO 5 STARS AND ST MARYS TO 1-STAR. SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION***Long story short I got charged over $50 and have not been able to get my money back, all the employee did to resolve the situation is yell at me to leave the store, despite staying calm the entire situation.***Tried paying and getting $20 cash back with my Cash App card. First time cashier said the card had been declined, ran it again, once again he said declined.As I go to pull my other card out, I receive 2 notifications stating that I had two COMPLETED transactions from 7-Eleven, both for ~$25.I tried to show the cashier and he thought I was trying to rip him off or something and yelled at me to get out of the store.While in the car I then received 2 more notifications stating that my card had been declined both times for the same amount as before.So all together I had 4 transactions total. 2 that went thru and show completed, and 2 that show declined.I have yet to resolve my situation despite reaching out to both 7-eleven and Cash App support. Will keep my review up-to-date with any new info, if any at all.***UPDATE***This occurrence happened at the St. Marys location, and I am talking with their support currently to hopefully get my money back. Will update with new info as it comes. I appreciate the somewhat fast response times from their support though

Place is trash every time owner says Systems down for the birds add cash when it's already been done here before he's lazy and uneducated so much money They are losing out on cause they won't simply learn how to use there whole system

These employees will not answer their phone when I was there ten minutes ago. Left my ID and expected some customer service regardless of the hour knowing there is an employee on hand... will not go back. Update: Have continued calling this location and absolutely no one answers. I'm not in the location to be able to go in and ask... is this even a functioning business if they don't answer their telephone at literally any hour of the day?

Eh, it's a 7-11. It's average. It is not as well stocked at other locations, but the basics are there. It used to be a better store, but it seems to have changed a bit over the years. Either that, or 7-11 has changed. It has been years since I have visited one. Customer service here is great. Store is clean, and they have something for everyone here. I would stop in here if I were nearby and in need of a quick snack, but other than that, it's not worth a special trip.

Not returning to this store again. The only reason I went here instead of the circle k across the street was because it's always slow, I can get in and out fast. Gee, wonder why! But no more. The guy that works there is a completely rude idiot. He's always on his phone with earplugs in talking to someone. Can't tell if he asking me a question or talking on his phone. Last time I asked him for something and he just stared at me with a stupid look on his face. No prices on liquor bottles. Charged me 26$ for a 750 of vodka. Charges per type of person who comes in. Prob ripped me off but just wanted to get out of there. He's a racist who hates white men but probably likes young Indian or Pakistani boys. He may be a member of NAMBLA not to confuse with Marlon Brando look alikes this store will have a new owner soon I'm sure. What a great country we live in that allows assholes like this to have a business.
