Hi my I recently had an experience where I had attempted to purchase an energy drink and my balance is came up short on my card so I swapped it for a cheaper one. I haven't been back to the store since the purchase of the cheaper energy drink and found that my card was charged and overdrafted for a purchase I didn't complete because I didn't have enough funds I don't have the receipt but I have the time of purchase and when I was charged again please give me a number to reach out to it would be greatly appreciated if I could resolve this matter with 7 eleven staff

Literally the worst 711 ever . Horrible customer service. Super sticky around the soda & icy machine like they haven't cleaned in days . I'll stick to my qt .

Every time I've ever went there as long as the employees were of good behavior the store was really nice but when you had some there were just out there and didn't care what other people thought of their actions or the way that they dressed or how they carry themselves then there was always an issue in my eyes be who you are and who you were born to be if you understand what I'm saying that you don't have to show off and be something you're really not other than that store is great hint hint later people

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! My two sons and I had been walking for a bit and went in and asked for 3 courtesy cups (I forgot my wallet at home), the lady who was behind the counter said no they don't do that there, "I said please mam my boys are so thirsty and could really use some water" their cheeks were bright red and you could tell they needed water she replied with "sorry if I give you free things I'm going to have to give everyone free stuff" luckily a wonderful woman paid for my two little boys drinks. In Az I'm pretty sure it's illegal to deny someone water especially a business. This woman was an older Hispanic woman with a ton of tattoos, heartless and completely lacks any human kindness.

It's constantly got hood rats ruthless gangster wannabes and thugs posting there at the specific spot and nobody ever does anything about it which is pretty unusual because the streets on 29th are infested by cops who you would think would pin down obvious illegal suspicion in the quickness... ?
