Don't waste your time here. They steal your money and then blame their system. After coming here for YEARS, after today... I will never be back.

The cashier made me buy everything my sister touched, or he threatened the police. Unbelievable abuse of power, nothing had been in any way tampered with or less safe to sell. Made her cry..

Do not use cash here - the guy (always the same dark short guy) always shorts the change. He keeps the pennies. It's not much in each transaction, but I've been here three times and he's done it every time. If your change is 32 cents, he'll give you 30. If your change is 18 cents, he'll give you 15. It doesn't mean much to each customer, but can you imagine how much money he's raking in per year? If you call him on it he gets nasty. There's a Circle K up the street at Grant - use that one.

Wish I could have left a zero dasher tip. I had to go get the order even though they have the hotel room number.

a few weeks ago, i sent 711 a concern but never got a reply. that, is not good. so i will try again. i frequently go to this store since i work near by. the nice guy who use to work days, left quite a while ago. ever since then, the store is not clean, organized and there is no longer great customer service. the guy who works days now, except for Mondays is HORRIBLE at customer service. every single time i go in, no matter what time it is, he's on the phone (personal) & he doesn't even hang up or stop talking while he's ringing customers up. (are you serious?)... the soda area is always nasty with soda sticking counters, straws on counter & floor, empty cups area, no carriers, sugar packets on floor. thus not too sanitary and it's just not welcoming at all. the other day, the balloons were deflated but left up hanging for quite a while. one time, i got to the counter and he turned around and kept talking on phone for a couple more minutes before taking care of me 'THE CUSTOMER"....and he still didn't put the phone down. OMG!!!! is this the picture of 711 you like portraying? i think not. sooooooooooooo, please, either bring the other guy back, which i know you can't cause he moved to PA, or have the monday guy (very nice) to work the other days during the week too. what ever you do, the associate with bad manners and horrible/terrible inexcusable customer service should be spoken to. it's all really ridiculous. i guess if things don't change for the better, i will go back to circle k.....thank you. i'm counting on you to make a difference in this store for all it's customers. other then these experiences, i do like 711.

Every time I come to this store their products are outdated. It's almost like they don't check their stock. Their is no rotation. I just don't trust them at all.

Rude employees, will never be back. When my wife and I first moved to Tucson, AZ we needed a good little convenience store to do our weekly quick-runs (2-3 times a week), and this place was right around the corner from our house. For the first few weeks, everything went fine. But then one day, my wife went in to purchase some basic items. My wife forgot to bring her wallet, and needed to run back to the house to grab it (less than a block away). The employee told her, I'll hold the items for you until you get back, since it would be less than 5 minutes. When she came back he started laying into her saying things like "it's not my job to hold things for you" making her leave the store embarrassed. She came home and told me, I was FURIOUS. This time, I went to the store to confront the employee and see what's going on. When I walked in, he instantly recognized my wife and said, "I put her items back, YOU can go pick them out again." I let into him saying customer service IS your job, and what you did was just plan wrong. I made him walk around and pick out all her items and ring everything up. The whole time, he had this "smile", the kind you would find on a cocky teenager. I was insulted and will NEVER spend another dime at this store. Now after talking with a few neighbors about this, we found out that this is not the first time this has happened. From what we heard from several people, the employees here do NOT like white people, and will go out of their way to try to humiliate them. We now drive out of our way to go to the Circle K down the street. Great business model 7-11, insult the locals that come in a make purchases a few times a week (your core customers). That's how to build a successful business.
