Honestly the most negative experience I've ever had at a nail salon. My nail tech looked at me like she did not want to do my pedicure. She did not spent hardly any time on my feet, softening or removing calluses. The soaking water was cold and the chair I was in was uncomfortable and shook like it was going to fall apart during the massage. I don't know if the nail tech doesn't like black people or if it was just me but I will not be back. It was also expensive.

This wouls be zero stars if it was an option. Went there to get basic pedi, no one else in the place...the female that was there was extremely rude...I walked out, basin was still filling. You don't get my money by being RUDE! LEARN SOME COSTOMER SKILLS!

Very kind ladies but nails were not fantastic. I went in for a fill three days ago with a friend, and as of now two nails have already broken off. Both of us left with gel polish all over our cuticles and bumps and bubbles in our nails. I hate writing this review because customer service was amazing, but unfortunately we will not be coming back for nails.

Wonderful salon. My 97 year old mother-in-law has been going for 15 Years! They are attentive, kind and professional. I, too, have used their services when in town. Terrific.

I was hopeful when I arrived, but a bit skeptical that it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. However, I proceeded with optimism. The woman started off nice, we even chatted a bit about getting my eyebrows ombre. The pedicure was rushed and rough. I asked for a French manicure on toes it was so sloppy I had her remove and paint the whole nail. Her mood then changed to what appeared as irritation. The manicure was done in the same manner. Will not be returning.verbalized that her pace was too fast.

I’ve had mediocre and poor experiences here. Will likely not return. My most recent pedicure, the lady did not wash her hands between clients and was handling money with the same gloves she used to work on me. She spent about 5 minutes on one leg (zero pressure - barely a massage) and then completely forgot to work on the other entirely. She seemed distracted by her coworkers and when I asked for her to lotion the right leg, she rubbed some in for about 5 seconds and started polishing. The massage is why I pay for the service and I didn’t even get it. One of my big toe’s polish is also very uneven. I also had to wait longer than my actual service lasted when they said they could take me immediately. Disappointed to say the least.Service: Pedicure

The first time I went in to get a pedi and mani - my mani was half done nail polish missing on the sides. My pedi - the whole time I was bugged about tattooing my eyebrows. All I wanted to do was relax but clearly that was not happening. I figured give them another try. Second visit - I have someone working on my nails and my toes so automatically not going to relax and enjoy the pampering and this time I’m bugged non stop about getting gel on my toes when I said I only wanted regular nail polish on my toes. I mean literally THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! Every so many mins it’s a constant you should get gel or gel is better etc. I’ve been getting pedis and manis forever I clearly know what I want and these people would not leave me alone about it. Not to mention when I got there I asked the price of everything and was told one price but charged a higher price at check out.

Really horrible experience. The lady, Trinity, was just super sloppy, rushed and rough. I asked for a square-oval, well known shape at all salons...ended up with coffin shape, very bumpy nail cover and crooked shape. It looks awful.

Don't even open the door...RUN!Tools were not sterilized in any way and no nail brushes available to clean and wash nails before or after.I requested a full set but upon sitting down and beginning I could tell this lady had no idea what she was doing. I let her finish, hoping the would turn out ok, but unfortunately they looked like bear claws and the acrylic is very bumpy. I even had to request that she use the nail file to shape the nail and trim off excess acrylic.I really wasn't happened and explained my concerns. She said she would fix them for an additional price since she would have to file them down and repaint. I asked her if I could pay the $45 quoted for the basic set and just have her remove them but again she stated it would be an additional cost, up to $50. What???I handed her my credit card as it clearly stated they accepted Visa and Mastercard (FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE) and she handed it back and said she would prefer cash. I explained I'd prefer to use my CC but she again didn't want to accept it. At this point I was done and handed her the $45 and walked out!Service: Acrylic nails

I absolutely love A&K nails... the ladies are phenomenal, they really know their business. Get my nails done there every 2 weeks. I've also had my eyebrows micro-bladed there... I absolutely love the outcome!

So I'm new in town and I'm looking for a good nail salon to be my regular salon. I called before I arrived and they let me know that they could see me right away. Sure enough I went in and there was only one other lady wrapping up on a pedicure. So I waited a little bit and chose my color. I chose a forest green gel color. The lady helping me was nice but she ended up nicking my middle left finger with the filer. The set was nice while I was in there. But 2 days later my middle finger stared getting inflamed. It was so painful that I had to do something. I squeezed my finger and sure enough, puss started coming out of the side of my nail. This leads me to believe that she nicked me and her tools must've been a little dirty. I'm very disappointed as I was looking for a nail salon to call home and I was hoping this would be it. I of course took the rest of the nails off. I didn't even have them a week.
