This process has been an absolute breeze thanks to the help from Julio Cardenas. I have never had such great service from a storage unit company. He showed me sizes, cleaned the unit and got paperwork done quickly.

From the start of getting the unit Julio was very helpful we moved in a couple of days later had some trouble it’s just my wife sister and I and their was no way they could help me lift a couple of items that we had so I asked Julio for a hand and with no questions asked he was willing to help and even loan his dolly it was as a very humble experience knowing their are still good people in this world will definitely be renting the unit for a while thank you. Julio was the absolute best manager we could ever ask for he took time out of his busy work schedule to help us move things into our unit as well as helping us get a good deal for our unit honestly grateful for him to be here

I recently upgraded to a bigger unit, I was able to complete the majority of it online. What I couldn’t do Julio Cardenas took care of! He really cares about taking care of customers and he was there every step of the way to make sure I had everything I needed to make the move to the new unit a success. He even took the time to check on me while I was moving in this heat and was kind enough to offer to help and bring water. Thank you for all of your help Julio and making me feel valued as a customer! You are amazing and I can’t recommend this A Family Storage facility enough!

Our family has been with A Family Storage for 9 years. Very clean and secure but recently raise my rate 35 dollars for two parking spaces. Thats a extra $420 a year. I know prices a going up but in my opinion is going to extremes. Went elsewhere and found it much cheaper.

Used to be a lot better when we first started renting there. Then they moved us to a smaller parking space to add more storage, but didn't lower our rates. In fact, they increased them. Over time the service has gone down. I sure miss the days when Bob was the manager. May he RIP.

Great service. Used this storage space for about 2 years. Always a pleasure. Julio is something special. Goes over and beyond. I failed to secure my space and he called me after his round to let me know. Turned what could have been a bad situation to something that was fixed. Thanks.
