I found this spot to get my license plate updated. The young lady at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. There was no wait. I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes. If you need to do any MVD business related to your titles and/or registrations, this is your spot. They did not charge any additional fees for my transaction. Thank you for the amazing service.

I called for an Insurance quote, the person talking to me had no clue what he was doing, and didn't understand any of my questions. The last straw was according to his records there was a period where I was uninsured ( which was not true) and to get a quote I would need to prove I was insured. I decided if they cannot get their facts correct they would be a nightmare if I ever had to get help from AAA. it was time to move on........

I don't know why I got a membership. They just suck. Waiting over 3 hours to get my motorcycle towed. Have to just cancel the pickup because no shop is opened till Midnight waiting on them.

The Good: Service r to TONY was excellent!! Prompt, friendly, egocentric, knowledge. Tony earned 6 out of 5 stars!
The Bad: It took two calls to reach the AAA telephone tree. When the robot asked if I was on a mobile phone so you could track me answered Yes. The "Finding your location"wheel spun for 5 minutes before I gave up and called a 3rd time. This time I said, "No." When I was asked if I was in Arizona I was told Id be transferred to Arizona. AZ AAA picked up. I could hear background noise and kept yelling, "HELLO," to no avail.
Call #4. Finally, after "feeding the robot" all over again, I was transferred to AZ AAA again and a polite lady answered and apologized for my frustrating multiple calls. Even thigh

Our first visit to AAA office, just to get maps for upcoming trip. Very impressed with size of facility and the MANY services offered. We didn't know about DMV services and decided to take advantage of that. We should have joined AAA many years ago.

I've been a loyal AAA Insurance member for NINE years. I had no tickets or accidents for years, until 2019, when I was rear-ended by a driver who tailgated me for 2 miles or more. He received the ticket, yet my AAA Insurance Company found me 50% at fault. Now I'm stuck with an insurance company that I don't want to have anything to do with for 5 years. I was eligible for some discounts which I have not been receiving for years until recently. I found out a year or more later, which was by accident, that AAA has an Accident Forgiveness benefit which I never was informed about. WHY? I'm not sure what my agent does other than collect commissions off of my insurance policies while kicking back in her office. I have had to call AAA for road side assistance twice in years past. The AAA dispatcher tells me in both instances that they will arrive within the hour. Two hours later a tow truck shows up, but it is some fly by night company. The branch that I have been going to for years is now closed and I have to drive clear across town for anything and everything. Last, but certainly not least my auto insurance renewal just went up $516, while homeowners renewal just went up $321! When is AAA changing their name to ZZZ TRIPLE ZILCH!

Review for AAA - 1 Star
My experience with AAA has been extremely disappointing. The first time I requested their service, they sent the wrong type of assistance, which was frustrating but didn't take too long to resolve. However, the real nightmare began when I needed a tow truck. I waited for two whole hours with minimal communication and no updates on when help would arrive. The lack of communication and the excessive wait time are unacceptable for a service that prides itself on reliability. I would not recommend AAA based on this experience. You pay a lot of money for little urgency
