I had lost my card and the AAA representative took care of it! Not only did he send me a new card, but he emailed a temporary card to use until my “real” card arrives. Bravo!!

GPS helps people get around but doesn't give a feel for the city. It's hard to find real maps these days, and AAA members can get them FREE here.

I went to the Tucson Branch to inquire about a Trip Tik. I had a very pleasant and productive meeting with Michelle Acevedo. My plans were reviewed and I went away with a very thorough, preliminary itinerary and maps to review.I am very pleased and would happily recommend AAA travel services. If lucky, a client might also meet with Michelle.

Just a warning, you may wait quite a while as the AAA representative said some people wait 3-4 hours for AAA to respond for a dead battery. It ended up taking almost 2 1/2 hours, thus the 1 star review.Yesterday, I called AAA @ 12pm for a dead battery, as my car without warning wouldn't start. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes for AAA to arrive in the middle of town at the post office at La Canada and Tangerine in Oro Valley.AAA has a very frustrating cumbersome automated voice and text prompting emergency service phone number if you have an out of area code cell number. Their locator instructions gave a different location from where I was at.I started the process at 12 and had to call back 3x. After the 3rd time, I did not follow their prompt protocol for mobile #'s, which enabled me to reach a human.12:05 The person that answered said it would take 60-90 minutes. That seemed a bit long, according to their "Emergency " response time that they advertise. But ok, I guess they're busy.1 hour 30 minutes later l received another call. They said it would be another 60-90 minutes...and of course, we were having unusually hot weather (95°). I told them I called at 12noon and would it be possible to send someone sooner? He said, "no and some people have to wait 3-4 hours".I didn't have a choice but to continue to wait.At 2:25 I received a call and said they were almost at my location and arrived within a couple minutes. The very nice technician arrived and started my car right up. It was a total of 2 hours and 33 minutes response time. It took just minutes for him to start my car.Overall, the customer service folks were nice but indifferent to your circumstances as their hands were tied and their system seems to be incapable of responding within an hour or less. Note: I was in town, not out on a far country road somewhere. One last comment...the technician said when I get a survey, if I respond with an "excellent" regarding his good service, but leave a poor review for AAA's response time, his pay would be docked, even though it is the AAA process is flawed. So I will not fill out the survey, just a Google review.

I love triple aaa auto insurance however they need to update their sending document format. They send you an encrypted document . Requiring a one time password. but in order to get the one time password, you have to close out of the encrypted document and find the email with the one time password . and then when you go back to the encrypted document, in order to get back into the document you have to click the button that says one time password again and so it just generates another password! it's this vicious cycle and you can never get into the encrypted document! why because they email you the one-time password instead of texting it to you so you could keep the document open and get the one-time password via text and enter it no! they have to "email "it to you so you have to close out of the email.never could open the documents! What a hassle! Get with the program please! Hours on phone to nowhere!

My mother died earlier in the year and I've sought to amend the policy to remove her name and ensure that her husband could maintain the insurance. Despite a call and multiple emails to AAA, I've had nothing back at all. The policy is now cancelled due to non-payment - which is fine by me I suppose as they were trying to bill to cover my mother and her car which had long since been sold! Absolutely appalling service from a company and I would really recommend looking elsewhere as they won't listen, even in the wake of the death of a loved one!!!

I used their car dealer service. Anthony was amazing. I gave him the type of car we wanted and our budget. He searched and found that car within 2 weeks. We traded in our old car and received a good price for it. The process was painless and we have a great car. The AAA Warenty is amazing and much less cost than that of a Dealer. Highly recommend the service and Anthony

Today was my first time visiting this location, although I've used AAA before for getting an International Drivers Permit (even though I'm not a AAA member). I was happy to find out they still do the IDPs, even though this is the last location left in Tucson. Amber Nutbrown (the associate that I was helped by) was very kind, patient, and professional.
