After having complete spark plug service at this shop my vehicle was returned to me with a misfire that was not present before having service on my vehicle! Returned to the shop and had a complete fuel line and fuel injection clean done on my vehicle. Vehicle is returned to me still with a misfire! I am then told that I have a bad ignition coil and asked to pay even more money because the location of this ignition coil is very difficult to reach (all the ignition coils have the same access once the manifold is removed)
Nothing but problems and dishonesty from the day I brought my car in until I finally picked it up!
Never received my $75 off labor for being a “Valued AAA Member”.
Definitely will not be returning to this shop again!
After filing a complaint AAA Member Services finally reached out to me and said I would have to speak with the shop manager. I spoke with the shop manager Eddy, all he wanted to do is tell me I was wrong! And that all of this was my fault! I expected a higher level of customer service since I have been a “valued member” for over 5 years!

While I can't say getting a battery replaced under AAA warranty is easy because their policy is terrible, I can say that Kevin Hevly made it as good as possible. I can tell Kevin is a sincere service advisor and even though AAA makes the battery replacement process very inconvenient, I mean pull your hair out inconvenient, Kevin guided us through the process as much as he could with genuine sympathy. I dealt with a few others there who weren't as helpful or understanding because this was a multi day and multi trip saga, but I can tell Kevin took an interest in actually helping us. Thank you for your help Kevin!

I am very bothered by this location.
I take in my van. I say; It has a power steering hose leak, it makes an uneasy noise. I want it fixed please. Days later, I get a call back. They say, It needs a $811 power steering pump. I make sure to ask, replacing pump will fix the leak problem? 3 weeks later, the exact same problem reoccurs.
I take it back. Hoping to get reassuring news. Well, they hit me with a new total of almost $500. The power steering hose is leaking. They were even trying to make it my fault that its not fixed. Even having the courage saying I didn't allow them to fix because maybe I didn't have enough funds? Why would I pay $811 to get only part of a problem fixed?
Paying $811 is not fun. Paying that, with having the same problem or even no proof showing the power steering pump was needed to be changed in the first place is heart aching.
I am a very sweet, calm, understanding mother of toddlers and I feel very taken advantage of by this place. I am very sad how a company or people can be so unfair and dishonest.
I would highly recommend for customers to encourage pictures for proof.

Was referred to this shop by AAA towing service. They give a 10% labor discount to AAA members, and my vehicle had broken down and they were near a rental car lot as I knew my car would be unavailable for a few days, and the tow was within the range of my AAA service level, so I chose them as I didn't have a lot of options.
They called me the next morning to acknowledge that my car was at their shop, but they didn't call back with a complete estimate until 1.5 days later. The part that had failed was a relatively common issue for older models like mine, and the service advisor assured me they could replace the failed part with an OEM part "for the same price as the aftermarket part from across the street." I was shocked when the estimate that was emailed to me represented a 265% mark up on the price of the part from the retail cost of an OEM part. Also, the total estimate was more than double what a RepairPal 10-shop local survey said this repair should cost in total.
When I objected, they simply stated they needed to make profit on the parts as well as the labor, and offered to cut back the services they had proposed doing, and would lower the cost of the part from $400 to $300. The retail price on the OEM part was $130, so they were still making an unreasonable markup profit on the part.
Yes, they repaired the car in three days. Yes, they were pleasant on the phone and in person and paid for a short Lyft ride from the rental car lot back to their facility, but my advice is don't accept their first estimate, and push back on items you feel are overly marked up, as they probably are.

My car's AC stopped working just as the temps hit the 100's In Tucson a week ago. This shop was awesome. They had the repair completed in just over 24 hours and Brian was very helpful in the process! The cost was very reasonable based on the research I had done online. I'll be back for regular maintenance needs--and the unexpected ones.

The experience here is like going to a trusted mom & pop garage. Kevin gave me honest guidance that helped me make some good choices for my service in general, but especially for necessary tire replacements that cost less, helped my Jeep ride better, and still make it look sweet as hell, even better than the originals did! Also, as a woman I have to say it is very welcome and refreshing to encounter absolutely no condescending attitudes here. Thanks AAA guys :)

I’ve landed here a few times from vehicles breaking down. I can’t say that I always liked the news they gave me, but they were honest. Sometimes I think the price can be a little more competitive elsewhere, but I will say this, if your vehicle is being towed and you don’t know where to go, this place is a decent spot to land.
They are also very fast at the repairs.

AAA Tucson Marana Auto Repair Center (AAATMARC) has again done an outstanding job of diagnosing problems with our vehicles and repairing them efficiently. We have had bad experiences in the past with other repair centers, so I think we will make AAATMARC our must-use choice for all things automotive.
