Unfortunately these people let me down. They act super friendly, but it's only an act. I bought a expensive recliner from them 3 months ago and they delivered it broken. And after many calls and complaints, they still haven't fixed it, nor have they gotten back to me about fixing it. I'm the only one contacting them. But they don't care about their customers to try and fix it. They got my money and that's all they wanted. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. At least their stuff won't be broken

lazy, scammy, and likes to breach contracts. we’ve been trying to get them to pick up a couch since November, they said it had a stain, we needed to clean it, and they’d come back, we cleaned and called every weekend for like a solid month trying to get them to pick up this waste of space overpriced black hole of a couch. now months later they’re contacting us saying they refuse to come pick it up and they expect a payment LOLLLL. they’re just to lazy to walk up our apartment stairs. they’re so lazy to even get them to deliver the couch in a timely manner we had to bribe them with the help of my husband. can’t even do their own jobs on their own. go ANYWHERE but here if you don’t want complete morons wasting your time

I used to really like Aaron’s. Back in the day I used to use Aaron’s for my couches and all other pieces of furniture and even a tv at one point and it was great. The payments were doable and if you weren’t gonna be able to make a payment Aaron’s used to be very considerate of your situation and used to have all kinds of payment options. Now it’s just strict you either pay it by the date or that’s it. And now employees are very rude and unprofessional. Again they used to be top of the line but not anymore you have questions or anything they will get annoyed and not wanna help with anything. It was fun while it lasted. I will never be shopping or renting from Aaron’s ever again…SMH

My wife and i have been renting from this store for years and they have always been very understanding and helpful. I know when people hear about rental stores/companies it often associated with bad experiences (constant calling and harassing, poor customer service, and just bad) but the staff at services at location are deserving of praise. Recently i went to rent a game system through their website and long story short due to an error in verifying i was not able to get that. However, that same day Hollis called and asked, "what can i do to help?". So, he then spent the next 2 hours calling around to different stores in hopes of finding my item. And to my surprise he found one! I came in that next day and signed and happily took my console home but, none of that would have been possible without his extra effort and care. All of their staff members have always been super friendly and helpful (also shout out to Leah and Krystal for always answering the phone and making payments easy and friendly, lastly a huge shout to their store Manager Melissa because without her help my wife and i would have fallen behind.)

We had previously purchased a used washing machine from them. We were very happy with the purchase. We also purchased a year warranty after the contract was paid. We are now getting a set from them.

We had a scheduled pickup between 11am and 3pm this past Friday. Did not receive a single call that the drivers were running behind schedule. My husband took the day off and waited until almost 7 pm. for someone to come. I called numerous times and kept getting oh I'm sorry they are delayed. They were sure to call when they wanted a payment, the same day and the girl had no clue what was going on and that there was an issue with the pickup. Terrible customer service.
