The people working there don’t know anything about the equipment they sell. We bought a frigiking evap cooler and it comes with no motor. We order the 1/3 horsepower motor for it off their site and they send it without a freaking pulley and no pigtail. I send the wife up to get a pulley for a 1/3hp belt driven motor for the FS350A frigiking and they send her home with two freaking squirrel cage pulleys of two different sizes and the pulley they finally gave her for the actual motor was the wrong size and then they didn’t have the correct pigtail for the cooler motor they sent us sooooooo I’ve been on a roof for two days for a job I usually get don’t in 30 minutes to an hour. Never again ace! Not even for a quick convenience stop for a small part. 👎 complete waste of $800

The only reason I am even leaving a negative review is due to the lack of decency and humanity. I am doing some home improvements preparing for a baby. I came in and did my shopping and upon checking out, I asked to use the restroom. Julie who checked me out refused. Keep in mind, I am 8 months pregnant and regardless if they have a public restroom or not, just have some decency for your paying customers and a woman who is very obviously pregnant. It’s just sad the world we live in. There are worse things going on in the world but such a simple gesture can make such a difference in someones day. So much for “Your friendly neighborhood hardware store”

There was a little feminine man at the register that was too busy jiggling beans into his mouth to try and check me out. Employees can’t do simple things like click buttons so be weary when coming to this location.

The staff was so warm, welcoming and helpful but in such a genuine way that even as jaded and cynical New Yorker, I told my partner we had to give a five-star review as soon as I left the store. Making sure to tell us that we didn't need to leave our animals in the car and they were highly anticipating to be brought in to say hi even by employees who were allergic. Special shoutout to Leslie who went out of her way to call an auto store to find out an answer then when finding out we could use any type of fluid for our car, telling us we can just get it here while still on the phone and catching herself doing so, cheekily saying, "well I guess I just lost you a sale. I'm sorry!" She even took it upon herself to give suggestions and history if the town when she realized we weren't from there.
