I would not purchase Stihl equipment from this store. The unit was improperly assembled. Didn't hold and idle and wouldn't cut. The assistance manager gave me the run around and lied to me about service and returns. Spent 900.00 for non functioning unit. Never again

Looking for o-ring replacement. Horrible customer service! Hands me a ring that was not thick enough and begins talking down me, like I'm a child! Anyone could see that it was not a match! Unreal! You lost a customer!

Went in to get a pumice stone tonight, while I wasn't happy about the price wasn't much I could do with the other stores being sold out near me. Customer service was beyond amazing the woman who checked us out had great customer service skills my grandma is a talker but she was so polite and engaged in the conversation. I believe the older gentleman there was the manager, way to make your customers feels safe he walked a gentleman's stuff out because the gentleman was elderly and he noticed a suspicious man walking a little to close to me and my grandma he stopped what he was doing and came and made sure we got into our vehicle safely. I can throw hands but prefer not to, so thank you to the older man working tonight 7/27/2024 for making sure your customers are safe. 10/10 would recommend this store and location to anyone great service inside and outside the store.

Well the place I went to it didn't have what I was looking for it has a poor antenna selection if you look on the website you see that there's antennas once you get there there is nothing at all for any kind of outdoor antennas or Attic antenna but other that that it ok
