I just had a great experience at the store on North Campbell. Went in there with an oddball plumbing project, and I was really impressed with the service I got from Greg. He was enthusiastic and great to work with. I made sure to mention it to his manager. Honestly, everyone I dealt with was great. It turned out to be a super positive experience instead of the chore I expected it to be. Good job, everyone!

Instead of spending $100 on another remote car key, Mark's Ace Hardware figured out why it it wasn't working and fixed it!!!!

Best ACE Hardware in Tucson. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's also well stocked and clean. They exchanged a new garbage disposal for me even though I would of understood if they didn't. Try it before going to a big box hardware store.

I went here as the 2nd Store as the first was closed. They did have what I wanted. I picked up a small pair of channel lock pliers. The sales guy had to unlock and then walk to check out with me to buy it. I thought that was bull sheet . I was buying 3 quail blocks and you think I want to. Steal pliers .

Very Helpful staff!! I needed guidance for raising desk taller to accommodate wheelchair. Staff suggestion of longer screws+Epoxy+Plastic cap was perfect 1 year solution.

Great customer service and respectful employees. Went on my lunch break to get a chainsaw. Took me less then 30 minutes. Told the guy what saw i wanted said he would go test it. I walked around for a bit checking other tools out. Went up to the counter and it was ready to go.
