Vicki saved the day. I had a prescription that needed filled. The doctor messes it up and sent it to a pharmacy that was closed. Vicki was working by herself but managed to make all calls necessary to get my prescription filled on a Saturday even. I would recommend a raise for her, and employee of the year. I really appreciate the unselfish service, and will be a customer for life. Thanks again Vicki

The pharmacists are helpful and concerned for you. They have had to call Dr's and insurance companies, special order medicines but most of all they know my name and make my experience the best of all the pharmacies I've been too. THANKS

allow an hour to check out from this store. 1 line open I'm sitting there with a full cart behind 3 people with less then 10 items. meanwhile the cashier can't do her job and just chit chats with people while we all wait. got fed up and left.

If the store is open, ALL departments within the store should be open and staffed. If Albertsons cannot afford to fully staff their stores the entire time it's open, then change the store hours or close up and leave the building for better use by a business that believes in actual customer service.

Come on Albertsons, your store looks great, same for displays including deli/meat market etc. We stopped in on 04/10/21 at 09:04am reference number 790418124490 for $47.07 We bought a couple separate amounts of 93% lean ground beef at the meat market butcher block or whatever it's called @$5.99 a pound and it looked great on the tray in the display case but when we went to open it up at home with our guests for a bbq the normal looking ground beef had been laid over a disgusting brown nasty old looking ground beef to make the false impression of fresh ground beef, both packages had this disgusting meat covered in a thin layer of fresh looking meat so I was so pissed and the guests so grossed out i threw the nasty stuff in the garbage and ordered pizza to smooth things out. I looked forever for a email to contact the manager but it looks like Albertsons has gone out of its way to hide any way to email them, and they sure as heck don't want me on the phone as pissed as I am about this. I'd like my $24.38 back and can't believe Albertsons would cover old grey nasty ground beef with a thin layer of normal meat to try and fool a customer. This wasn't some cheap under a buck a pound sale garbage it was 6 buck a pound stuff, so grossed out about this.

Today I went to Albertsons to check my lottery tickets, as I stepped in I forgot to put my mask in. Well the guy cleaning the carts got nasty and looked like he was going to jump me. I am deaf my son heard him being nasty. I also had a heart attack and stroke and that's how I lost my hearing. Because of my health problems I should not be wearing a mask since it disrupts my breathing. I wear out of respect for store. This person should not have been nasty, I simply forgot to put it on. Because of this I will not shop in Albertsons again. You lost my business. Bye! Oh and by the way, a few weeks ago a guy was buying beer, had his guns on and no mask. No one bothered him to wear a mask.

Safeway delivery switched it to their sister store, Albertson’s. My first delivery from Albertsons was over two hours late. I was not a happy camper. But when I called to find out when it was going to be delivered, Kyle, a wonderful employee of Albertson’s, volunteered to bring my delivery because it was going to be delayed. Kyle needs to be given a raise! Kyle from Tucson Albertson’s on River and Flowing Wells. THANK YOU!!!!

Typical grocery store. Clean, very friendly employees, good sales at times. My concern is that apparently employees have been given permission to wear face shields instead of masks. Shields have been proven to not be as effective as masks. I hesitate to shop there anymore.

They sell rancid, putrid, disgusting poultry. They are going to kill somebody. Talked with a manager and they asked if I wanted a refund for my 5 dollar purchase "if I brought in a receipt." I said "no I'm more concerned with somebody getting poisoned than a five dollar refund."

The employees from the store manager to baggers are really kind and helpful people. The store always feels clean and organized. The butcher counter has fresh fish and marinade options. Outside, People leave gross things in parking lots and theirs is clean. I always find it an easy shop here. But, it’s really the people who work there that make me feel good and appreciated as a customer.

Overall, we like this store and most all of the employees. The one area that needs improvement (and only with the manager) is the Starbuck's concession. For some reason, the store management continues to select the employee with the worst work ethic to be the manager there. The last 3 (Tim, Daphne, and now Katie) have all been obvious slackers who take every opportunity to be out of the booth for alleged "paperwork" or other scams. And if they're on break or out of the booth and it gets really busy, they seem to resent being paged to help. Ironically, all of the other associates at the concession are very hard workers and have good customer skills. Store manager(s)--you really need to do better vetting and stop this habit of putting the worst performer in charge. It just shouldn't be that hard.
