Compassionate and caring staff filled my script quickly and at the lowest possible cost. The pharmacist took time to address my concerns with my cgm and told me to call the tech in the morning if I needed extra help setting it up.

curbside service is a joke, as are the so-called coupons flooding my in-box which magically never apply despite being clipped. If this organization isn't run by a five-year-old, perhaps they should try that for improvement's sake.

Zero stars for zero grocery carts. Unless you count the cart with three wheels and the cart tipped on its back with a wheel that didn't roll, which is effectively zero wheels.

Have been responsible from the very start of COVID to protect shoppers and their staff. They put up plastic barriers for the cashiers. The pharmacists are excellent and willing to answer any questions about medications. And the line for pharmacy has rarely been long, or at all. I do probably tend to go at off times.

This location routinely misses the mark with customer service. At the checkout the movie Tenet was advertised without a price. We asked the cashier what the price was and he snapped, no. We asked him to find out. He went to customer service and the girl replied with the same answer and in the same tone. How difficult would it have been to scan one and tell us the price. We replied, "well I guess you don't get a sale then. The cashier just glared and shrugged his shoulder. Unbelievable. No work ethic at all.

I’ve been a customer for about thirty years. My family transferred when the pharmacy opened at this location. I’ve been very happy always at your service, and the friendliest guys in the business. I have congestive heart failure andLung disease. Because I’m 73 they won’t take me yet for the vaccine. Pima is putting my life in danger. Give it to the prisons, give it to the teachers who won’t go back to teaching because of their union, give it to the terrorists at Guantanamo , who have killed thousands of Americans! My only chance to survive this is if you get the vaccine soon, and I appreciate this. So I love Albertsons, your people are wonderful and helpful.Thank you, Kristin LarsenTucson, Arizona

Before tonight I would have given this store three stars but I stopped in earlier and purchased a package of Lucerne hard-boiled eggs which boasted on the package their cage-free and cruelty-free standards. But when I got home and opened the package, the eggs were ROTTEN and the smell was horrible and overwhelming. Later, I went online and learned that in 2019 Lucerne hard-boiled eggs had been recalled because they had caused Listeria in people who ate them. Maybe they need to be recalled again, or maybe, Albertson's needs to be a bit more diligent about the freshness and edibility of the products they sell.

LIARS IS WHAT THEY ARE!!! I wanted 3 roasts grounded up! they said they can't, cross contamination. LIARS!!! I have had it done before!! It just requires cleaning the machine first!! There machines were probably all cleaned because no meat to out out and didn't want to dirty them! LAZY LIARS!!! you know hamburger is hard to find right now and you could have done the right thing instead of LYING!! When roasts are getting ready to expire, it is very common for a meat dept to grind them up and put them out as ground hamburger meat! so don't play me for a fool!!
