Either their scales are weighted in their favor or employees are incompetent. Either way its defrauding your customers.
Everyone weigh your ground beef... Wife picked up ground beef today (2/24) package noted to have 3.3 lb of ground beef. Package only had 2.6 lb. Even without tare of the Styrofoam, weight is still nowhere near what was labeled. Absolutely unacceptable and fraudulent behavior. Enjoy your stolen 4$.

Nice store with a good selection of food, produce, deli items and liquor. Fresh flowers and plants are also available. Slightly under staffed but still has a check out with humans ringing up your selections and bagging.

If it's not a sale item, l not buying it here.
Walmart is far cheaper and it's only a mile to the west.

I have shopped here only 3 times. The first two visits were great. My 3rd & final visit on Tuesday, 12/17/24 will be on account of the cashier engaging in a rather rude & disrespectful conversation about people with a handicap. I realize that customers may give opinions, yet to hear the male cashier respond to that woman's comments and contribute his rude comments about people with handicaps with such disregard and lack of empathy is unacceptable. I refuse to shop here again & I pray that the management enlighten their staff to being more considerate as opposed to such un-filtered and insensitive conversations with customers within earshot of other customers. I do shop at other Albertson's locations in which they are top-notch customer service agents like on Tanque Verde & Wilmot.

Overall, staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and not crowded. I usually find everything I need.

Good deals on stuff compared to Safeway. I wish they would fix the torn up floors and the fishy stench that has been here for over 6 months... The lines are usually very long as well.

Michael was working express lane 6. He was very awkward. Yelling over customers across to customer service. It was uncomfortable for myself and obviously other customers. Probably also for the staff . Definitely needs coaching on professional behavior and customer service.

I've shopped at Albertson's for over 20yr. The Customer Service was always Spectacular. I've watched the decline of service for the past 10yrs. Produce not as good, out of stock when advertised, Unfriendly checkers, forgotten delivery orders a very cold atmosphere

We thought that this was going to be our new seafood spot based on the excellent service we experienced last time. Tonight, I went around 4:45 PM and asked for 20 oysters. The guy at the seafood counter told me that he could only give me 8. There were about 6 left in the case after he handed me my package. I figured that was OK because it should be fair to other customers who want them if the store is going to run out for the day.
I get home, open up my package and find 7, not 8. I do not appreciate being lied to. We are hosting a dinner party and wanted everyone to have an equal share of oysters.
We will not be back, ever.
