Relocated by employer from Washington State to Arizona.
Things were good for the most part. I had a frustrating time with scheduling a pick up as I was unable to be there for the load. I had to have a friend allow the movers in and pack everything. My friend did note that one of the movers showed up and was smoking weed in the parking lot prior to the move in. Siracusa provided the driver in my situation and the movers were locally contracted. They pulled in with an 18 wheeler full of multiple people’s things. This truck was extremely disorganized.
When the truck arrived they moved what I thought was all the boxes into my apartment. They did not unbox any boxes, I am unsure if they were supposed to or not. The driver told me that was all my boxes and to sign a form confirming it was. This was my big mistake as I should have made him go through the entire truck to prove that every box was there. Realistically it would’ve taken hours to do so but would have solved many of my current issues.
Multiple items were broken and unfortunately a lot of my items were missing. I conducted an insurance claim for these items. I ended up missing 20 replica baseball jerseys, 1 32” gaming monitor, a brown leather chair, my bedding and sheets, and a lot of clothes hangers. These all totaled to be roughly $5000 worth of missing items.
Prior to the move I conducted a video survey displaying all the items I owned. So there is proof that I do in fact own the missing items. But unfortunately they are denying me any type of repayment for the missing items. They offered me $90 for the broken items. This has been truly frustrating as I am 24 years old and early in my career. I do not have the funds to just go and replace $5000 worth of things.
I am struggling to get ahold of the insurance agent as well. I’m really unsure what to do at this point. Just makes me sad to think my items are either still on the truck or were stolen and there is nothing I can do. Hopefully this is not just a life lesson for me to never trust others with my items.
I am currently working to contact my employer to ensure they assist in the matter. If not potentially reaching out to the better business bureau. Hopefully my experience can detour you or aid you in how to navigate this process. Next time I’ll just be asking for reimbursement to move my own things.

Fantastic service! Our team arrived at 0830, was done by noon and did a wonderful job cleaning up after, staying organized, and helping us find specific high value items within the boxes.

I came on here to write about my regretful experience with this moving company from start to finish, only to find everyone else said pretty much the same things.
It started out with a bad quote. No one confirmed my details. And I never got a call from the driver or the company. I reached out twenty four hours before I was supposed to get a call from the driver, Only then did everyone realize my phone# was wrong. The driver told me he couldn't come back. He was already too far away. Only to call a little bit later and say that he had to come back for us and "was gonna make it work".
Apparently the next morning, 230am my time in AZ I got a phone call saying I owed almost 4,000 more than my original estimate. I told them to just leave and I would find somebody else. They negotiated for over two hours, and I still had to pay an extra amount that was ridiculous while everyone kept reiterating how much favors they were doing for me
They ridiculousness off favors came from all of my broken and mangled things. From the looks of the reviews on here. A claim is going to be fun. I probably have at this point over $500 in damages. And I haven't even started unpacking the bulk of it. This was the biggest regret of my life and a huge waste of money. I sent a pod for the first half of my things for a fraction of the price and nothing was broken upon arrival. (MD to AZ) I cannot recommend getting yourself a pod and skipping this moving company altogether.
(I would like to add the driver and delivery people were the only nice interaction I had the whole exp)

Was promised to receive a quote on 27 July 22 but never received it. After contacting the representative assigned to me (Bud), I was left on read twice with a response yet to be sent. Although it was specifically for a quote, I still feel like someone should’ve had the decency to respond to me stating that they were unable to assist with my move or anything along those lines. I would’ve understood any reason for the delay in responding or even if I wouldn’t have been able to receive help but simply not responding is not going to fly.

Worst move ever. Many items were broken. It's has been 6 weeks and we are still waiting on a claim rep to assess the damages. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't wear a mask. I could go on and on.

Worst moving experience we have ever had. If we could give them negative star ratings we would. We did a cross country move from Iowa to Arizona. They did load up our shipment on time, but that's the last bit of good news. Our goods sat on a truck in Iowa for over a week while they "waited for a driver". We were at our new home for a full 4 days before they ever even got our belongings on a truck. We were told by their rep. that 2 items wouldn't fit and would be sent separately. This was a complete lie, 30 items were left behind crated and shipped by a 3rd party. They arrived a full 3 weeks after they packed up our house. We submitted a claim for delayed delivery and all that we were compensated was $100 because they first part of our shipment was delivered one day after the guaranteed delivery date. Their communication was terrible. We had to contact them every day, sometimes several times to check on the status of our belongings. They never took the initiative and called us to give as an update. Then the claim form on their website would not work, when we tried to submit it. It froze up every time and when I contacted their claims dept. they were extremely rude! I do not recommend this moving to anyone!company

My move finalized on July 9, 2021. I was supposed to get a refund check. It is now September 6, 2021. I spent over $14,000 to move from Philadelphia PA to Tucson AZ; do you think that I could receive my overpayment in a timely manner? The payment to the company was due upon arrival. I have been promised my refund check for weeks now. Bayshore Allied stated that they sent the check but it was returned because of the "wrong address." Wow, really? My furniture was delivered to the same address by Bayshore Allied. This company is unethical and not worth the inattention to complete customer satisfaction. Keep in mind that I am reviewing Bayshore Allied Van Lines located in Newark, Delaware.
