Highly recommend is an understatement, I dont see anywhere else as an option. I've had a storage unit here for a couple years now. I have used other companies for storage but nothing compares to Jet. She is astounding and a true gem. If anyone needs storage, you won't find better in Tucson. The price, location and personal service is hands down unbeatable. Thanks you for everything you do, Jet! You are a simply awesome!!

I was forced to close my business due to covid. This was the easiest transition to get all of my equipment placed somewhere considering that I live in Ft Lauderdale. I had only 15 day escrow. Bamm! A drive up unit took me about 24 minutes. Since I now live in Ft Lauderdale. I'm on reoccurring bill pay.
OMG makes all the difference. Amazing! The most shocking thing to discover is my drive up unit is I believe 10x20 somewhere around $175.00.
I'm renting a unit here not far from my house 10x10 drive up, $478.00m

I was shutting down a business I owned and needed storage for 160 banker-type boxes. I had rented at Alvernon Storage a decade ago and since they are conveniently located I thought I'd give them another try. They had a perfectly sized unit (5 X 15) for my needs and the price was very good (lower than a number of other facilities I'd contacted). The grounds of the facility were secure, clean and kept in order. My unit was fully sealed from the elements and never had an issue with leaking rain water (or anything else). In all my dealings with the manager (Jet), I found her to be friendly and most helpful. When I found a buyer for all the business items, Jet worked with me and made it easy for the movers to access my unit and load everything up.I was totally satisfied with my experience at Alvernon Storage and would not hesitate to recommend them or rent again myself in the future.

It was there when I needed it, but I would not recommend it. They close way to early 7pm and if you are there after 7pm they add a $50 fee for being on property after hours. The owner manager picks and chooses people she will allow there after hours and what I mean by after hours is they are living in their storage units. Over priced ?? closes way to early ?? unfair practices by allowing some 24hr access and to live in their storage unit

I can’t recommend because the driving areas are very narrow. It’s hard to get in and out.

I have had this storage for about 9 months now and I've never had any issues. It's clean and I feel that my belongings are safe there. Rent couldn't be any cheaper.

Very clean well protected easy access in and out of your storage roomMy belongings have been in storage for over a year and still no dust or weathering on my items. Friendly, helpful staff. Well worth the money to store worry free.

Also took a 2 hour lunch Be careful everyone don't count your chicken before they hatch this place will say to set up a reservation, then you need up getting their ready to pay and they say they don't have nothing available. I heard good things at one point about this place but after witness the customer service is bad I go in and we just stare at each other. No, welcome in or how can I help. I recommend the cube smart. After seeing this I will be leading people away amd recommending them somewhere else. I hope everyone finds what they need but with this customer service is not what you need.
