Came to this salon based on reviews. Came in needing a fill. Had my lashes done on vacation. Asked the technician for their professional opinion as to whether it was appropriate to remove the existing lashes and start with a new set or could a fill be done. My previous lash appointment was 3 weeks ago. I explained that my lashes grow straight and she may need to use an artificial lash that compliments that type of lash growth. The technician was very sweet but not very experienced. After she taped my eyes close to begin the lash application, she excused herself and I heard another person come in, they said nothing but they touched my lashes examining them. They left, and the original technician came back in and stated she had to adjust the price based on the type of artificial lashes I had. I said ok. Then over the next hour she gently applied new lashes. After an hour, she excused herself and another person entered the room and was touching my lashes. They said nothing and left and the original technician returned. She proceeded to remove some of lashes. There was no explanation. I do not want to mention the eyelash technician as she was very kind and clearly just learning. I didn’t say anything but after 4 days, my lashes were falling off with gaps and protruding in multiple directions. Brushing with the comb did not result in the normal full symmetrical appearance. Instead there were gaps in the lash line from all the lashes that had fallen out. This has never happened in the years off and on I’ve had professional lash extensions. Never has the technician applying the lashes:
1- Brought another person into
the appointment to inspect your lashes prior to application
2- Brought another person in AFTER the new lashes were applied
3-At the conclusion of tbe application spent 10
minutes removing lashes.
The MOST egregious misstep was when I called back 4 days later to explain the condition of my lashes. First I was told to hold. Then I was told “We do not guarantee other salons work”. Then I was told if I could come right away someone could inspect my lashes. I explained lived 35 minutes away and had to pick a family member up at the airport. For me to
come right away was difficult but I would leave right away. The traffic had 2 intersections stopped due to accidents and I called the salon to tell them it was not possible for me to make it because I was delayed caught in a detour, and had to be at the airport to
pickup an aging family member so could not make the only appointment they could see me which they offered immediately when I called even though I explained this was not an ideal window for me to drive over. When I called back they said that was the only time they had and could offer no other solutions. My suggestion to ownership is; 1. always be transparent to your clients about what you guarantee or do not guarantee in your service offering. Keeping a client is far more profitable than losing a customer
2. If you feel as management, you’ve matched a technician with a client’s needs that exceed their skillset, reschedule or set expectations accordingly by a senior manager
3. Set expectations up front with customers that they can expect 2 other individuals to interrupt the application appointment to inspect the work and have original technician make changes if needed,
4- Train front office phone staff to treat clients with a willingness to address the situation instead of providing reasons why the Lash Studio did not guarantee work outside their studio.
5- Set expectations with clients that their work is not guaranteed.
Provide Solution to create a win-win with lash salon And the client.
I would not recommend this Salon in particular is management team in the way they manage their younger newer technicians. No, do I believe an Appropriate level technician gets assigned to the needs of particular client. This dynamic creates a poor customer experience.

I went in for a lash lift and let's just say I left with a uneven lift and also so much residue and glue on my eyelids and around the eyes. Service was indifferent. Not going back.

Extra clean and bright Salon upon walking in. Greeted by professional staff who seemed genuinely interested in my questions and expectations. Made my cousin who was having lash extensions for the first time very relaxed and comfortable. Lashes came out beautifully and made her first experience enjoyable enough that she’ll continue. Highly recommend.

I booked a full set because I was worried I might need one. However when I got there I only needed a refill. The refill took about 10 minutes more than anticipated however it was still in function a refill. They charged me for a full set anyway. I understand that every business has rules and regulations however you stay in business by accommodating the little things. I’ve been a member for over 5 years and personally I believe that customer loyalty should earn me 10 mins of flexibility. I paid because I’m not one to make a fuss but I was deeply deeply disappointed by the service. To be fair though I will say that the quality of the lashes is what I’ve come to expect. Great job stylist. Horrible job customer service.

Brissa is an artist!! This is my first time getting lashes and Brissa, as well as Brooke at the front desk, were so helpful and informative. Everybody there is super nice and genuinely welcoming. Brissa is super gentle and I even fell asleep at one point! She's so sweet and easy to talk to. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and really enjoys seeing her clients happy and satisfied. I was hooked as soon as I saw my new lashes and got a membership! This is something I wanted to do just for myself and I'm so excited to try other styles. If you've thought about getting lashes, just do it, you won't regret it!

I was really disappointed. I felt like this place was a scam. I was excited to get my lashes done. It was my second time here. I thought this was my lash place, but unfortunately I'm going to have to find another place where I'm valued as a customer.
