Thanks to staff at The Foothills Blood Donation Center! They're all kind and welcoming. Also helpful and courteous during the donation process for platelets. The facility is clean and the proper use of PPE is used.

Honestly some of the best people around. Very kind and beautiful individuals who are always placing you above themselves. I have never felt so good about doing such a great thing as give platelet’s.

I love this Red Cross. The phlebotomists are super friendly and are great at what they do. They make sure you’re safe and comfortable while you donate!I highly recommend this place.Donate and save lives!!

I had an awesome experience here on February 1st 2023 as a first time whole blood donor with Ganyka as my Phlebotomist.I already made another appointment for a 2nd donation!I loved the snacks too!Thank you for making me feel super comfortable.

10/10 experience, yay for donating blood!. Nice staff, relaxed vibe and cool movie selection. My Phlebotomist, Nathan, was fantastic!

Had appointment to donate whole blood scheduled for 8 weeks. Show up 10 minutes early; no front desk person so I check myself in and sit down. 15 minutes later front desk person arrives. 30 minutes after checking in (20 minutes after appointment time), 30 minutes during which nobody has ever acknowledged I was there, I left. As I leaving, I explain to front desk person that if they can't have the staff they shouldn't schedule the appointments. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. I'm there volunteering to provide a needed product and get treated like I was invisible. Probably never going back.

i recommend that if you donate blood you go to another location. i got to my appointment 10 minutes early and i sat in the waiting area for an additional 30 minutes after my appointment time before i cancelled my appointment and left. it's not worth your time

Please note there address has changed to 7354 North La Cholla Blvd. Tucson AZ 85751. Near Albertsons. My experience with them has always been great, respectful and polite staff (both volunteer and payed employees). They always get me in and out as fast as possible. Also they offer great snacks:) give some blood peeps, save a life!

I decided to donate blood, and had a good experience. I am O+ so I love donating to help save lives. The experience was great. Front staff checked my temperature, and I filled out some paperwork, and a few surveys. The actual blood donation was not long at all. The Phlebotomist hit my right arm the wrong way, and it left quite a bruise, but he was spot on with the left one! As some one who did phlebotomy for years...I understand...some days just be like that. lol. Can not wait to donate again!

Staff is so friendly and kind! They are just like family! See that little bag? It has trillions of Platelets in it that are vital to a cancer patients survival!
