My lock was picked and I lost thousands. They leave for lunch and leave the building open to the public. Limited hours of access. Place has gone downhill. I was there 6 years. Price doubled, and it has changed hands 4 times. They are not reliable. And gave me the run around with my theft. Go some place else.

They don't return calls or answer. I was given a signed agreement I would get my prorated money back from moving out. Julie tried telling me I wouldn't get any money back until I told her my daughter (standing next to me) moved out from her unit and was given her prorate amount back. So, I will be seeking other avenues to resolve this issue. Renters, be aware, they also have price increases often. ***UPDATE***5-12-25... Julie the manager of this location sent an email giving excuses of why I cannot get the prorate money back and not honoring the signed document. The owners should have agreed to her decision and made the refund. Bad business dealings. Very disappointing.

They gave me a ten dollar late fee the moment I’m charged for the month? And yet they are closed on weekends so I can’t even call to address it ? I’m not paying you an extra ten dollars when I wasn’t late .

I need a manager other than the assigned district manager to contact me. I am waiting to hear back from the BBB . I am seeking legal help to press charges against this storage company for a stolen vehicle AND charges for a spot the vehicle was suppose to be parked in. I have spoke to the manager and she is highly unprofessional. No one knows what they are doing in this establishment. DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!!!!!

They close everyday at random times and at 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for lunch, but they don't advertise that on their website, so you can show up and not be able to get your property. On one occasion I was getting ready for it trip out of town and I needed some things out of my rv. I waited in the front office for over 2 hours and nobody showed up. I ended up having to buy those things instead which ran me over $400. They did not offer to refund money for those things I had to buy for my trip. The place is cheaper than other places around town for a reason. Also there is no pin access to the RV yard. You have to get a key from the front office to unlock the gate. That means you will get in and out of your vehicle at least four times just trying to open and lock the gate, just to get in and out of the yard.
