I just cannot say enough good things about Amped Fitness. Truly, a gym with not only great workouts, but an AMAZING community of people. Starting at a new gym can be intimidating but the energy is super welcoming and nonjudgmental for any fitness level. The workouts are challenging and the atmosphere is insanely supportive. Jayson and Bryan are the BEST at what they do! Their vast knowledge and support have made a huge impact on my health, motivation, and overall well-being. I truly look forward to coming every day!

This is seriously the best gym I have ever been a part of! The trainers—Jayson, Bryan, and the newest Lauren, are personable and attentive and have become some of my favorite people to be around. The impact they have had on my life, mentally and physically, has been pivotal. Words don’t do it justice, but, man, I’m grateful. The community they have cultivated over the years is such an overflow of who they are. I always feel encouraged, challenged, and seen each time I go in to work out. Highly recommend checking it out!

Amped Fitness is the BEST gym I have ever been to! Jayson and Bryan are more than just trainers, they care about their members and take the time to get to know you and are dedicated to helping you reach your goals.I recently aggravated a previous injury and Bryan was instrumental in helping me decrease my pain, increase my flexibility, and get me back to lifting after just one mobility and rehab therapy session. Bryan is the trainer you want if you have previous injuries! Jayson and Bryan are both invested in their clients health and success which is why if you are looking for a new gym, this is the ONLY one you need!

I am in my mid 30s with two kids, and in the best shape of my life thanks to Amped. Bryan and Jayson have created an amazing gym that provides a caring, supportive, safe environment while still pushing everyone to reach their potential. I love that they care about me as an individual, my overall health and well-being (not JUST lifting more weights), more than anything else. They take the time to listen, they adjust workouts as needed, and switch up each day to keep the workouts fun.

Look no further if you are looking for a great personal trainer! I have been working with Bryan for the past 18 months and, while I was primarily looking for weight training to improve my bone density (which has improved), I have lost 9 lbs and almost 5% body fat. Best place in town to get physically WELL. Too often is fitness purely synonymous with with lifting very heavy weights, running inhuman distances, and becoming an apex athlete. 3 years ago I left a large franchise gym to take a chance on this small independent gym, and have never looked back!! The instructors are knowledgeable, engaging, and motivational. They give special attention to those who need alternatives and help develop correct form. Each workout targets a specific group of muscles, allowing you to improve your overall fitness and reach your goals. I love seeing my progress and so does my husband! As a gym, we participate in awesome challenges such as "The Murph", The 911 Tower Challenge, and multiple personal challenges throughout the year. I can't say enough good things about this gym and encourage anyone who wants to improve their overall health to come check it out!

I’ve been with AMPED Fitness 4 years now and I can’t imagine myself anywhere else! I used to not go to the gym consistently but because Bryan and Jayson created an atmosphere that allowed me to thrive like no other place ever has, I haven’t missed a single day in two years unless I was out of town! All because I WANT to be there! It’s literally my favorite part of every day!The family-like community they’ve created is unlike anything else I’ve ever been a part of. We all care and support each other in and outside of the gym. I love watching my gym family crush their goals and I am beyond grateful for the support and words of encouragement they give me!Bryan has healed and continues to heal any injuries I have so that I can keep doing what I love. I’ve seen him heal many others too, so if you’re battling an injury, don’t let that stop you from coming in! I worked with Bryan maybe 3-4 years ago for personal training. I had never lifted weights in my life and knew nothing about weight training or fitness in general. I was active in sports in high school but that was it. I knew I needed help so I sought out personal training. I went twice a week for 30 minute sessions. I was seriously in the best shape I have ever been while being there. I was so much stronger and lost about 7% of my body fat after a few months. The man knows what he is doing. I was drenched in sweat after every session. I've been to 2 other gyms since moving and nothing compares to the workouts I had when I went to this gym. I can't thank you guys enough. You guys rock and have helped me in ways you'll never know!

Bryan and Jayson are both very experienced and knowledgeable trainers. I love the workouts and the effort they put into making them different, every single day. For a person who gets easily bored, I’ve managed to stick to this gym, precisely because the workouts are always different. I dig that! The guys are great at motivating as well as correcting you throughout the class. I personally take one-one classes with Bryan and the changes I’ve seen in me, are very rewarding. I’m so glad I finally joined the awesome community they are.

I haven’t worked out in years and honestly scared to do so since I had no idea how to even start. Amped Fitness is incredible and I feel so comfortable.
