I retract my original review of this store. I have visited this store everyday sometimes twice a day, now all of a sudden the manager does not remember me and does not recall me visiting here every day for the last 3 years.I have thought in the past the cashier desi a Hispanic big face female, was one of the nicest people, now not so much. I want to have a certain feelings about the nationality of the people it's really just Tucson. Theses folks need to wake up and get over themselves. The position they hold speaks mountains about their education level. This is a ghetto station

Female "manager" with an inflated sense of self importance and ridiculous fake eyelashes (some people can look good with them, she's a try-hard) has zero customer service skills and makes this location dreadful. Exceptionally rude, snotty, abrasive, combative and derisive. If you have any other option, skip this store.

People are not nice. Customer service terrible. Wouldnt give me price of diesel over phone. Instead had me drive 30 miles to see they had raised 40 cents in 1 day!

You're going to charge me extra to purchase gas? Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles and get cheaper gas.

I'm a fed ex driver . I came to get gas at 9am today April 17th 2022 . The cashier refused me service after spending over 115$ . He stated he will not allow me to fill my water container with ice . Please be advised, fed ex drivers cannot stop at multiple places to be denied ice . Fed ex workers are on a tight schedule and need to stay hydrated.

Truly legit reasons why this location has such LOW ratings! I would give it 0/5 stars if possible! My husband went inside this store to prepay $25 gas for our Prius. He then was unable to pump gas as the pump did not reset to 0.00 (the previous customer had purchased $10), so he went back inside to inform Ada, the clerk who tendered the $25 earlier. Ada then falsely accused him of already pumping the $10 (the prior customer’s sale) and called the manager, Deisy, over who also accused him of having pumped $10. What?!?! He insisted he was unable to pump gasand told them to check our gas gauge as it is still on empty and asked for a refund to do business elsewhere. He eventually returned, pumped the gas and stated to me that the long delay was due to their wrongful accusation. We both went back inside to ask for corporate contact info and the manager then contradicted herself and the employee as to what actually happened— she stated well Ada may have not applied $25 but since my husband had already left the store she could not inform him. ?!?!Deisy then produced a $10 time-stamped receipt and figured that was sufficient documentation that my husband had purchased $10 of gas. ?!?!I would advise their reviewing camera footage if available and then implementing some training here. No acknowledgement of error, no apology on their part, nothing but disregard and utter lack of competence and awareness!

Incident one. This place is shady AF. Visiting my parents, I brought my mother inside to buy her an ICEE--she loves that sort of thing. I see it's 99¢. The cashier says it's $1.29. She's cocksure . . . because ignorance and arrogance are compatriots. And, no, she's not leaving the counter to verify pricing or signage because . . . ignorance and arrogance. Worse, she does not speak much English, making debate impossible in any event. Incident two. The same day the City of Tucson implemented a facemask policy when social distancing is not possible, I visit this location shortly after noon. On the way, having forgotten to bring a mask, I wonder whether a facemask policy, about which I've only heard rumors, is yet in force. I see a piece of paper crudely posted on the door suggesting it may be. I walk inside to confirm this with staff before shopping. The same woman as above says, "You're not allowed in the store if you don't have a mask." Now, a mature, respectful adult would say something like, I'm sorry, and I know it's a new policy, but the company is now requiring face coverings while inside. But the ignorant and arrogant give no quarter. Accordingly, I will never set foot inside this store again.
