I had just been in a collision and the front end of my car was damaged. The team here had an extra plastic tie and dropped personal recommendations for where to order additional parts, even though they didn’t have to go out of their way. Great customer service + a lil kindness.

I heard that they rent bikes but I haven't seen any.
