I had a storage unit here for almost 10 years. The property changed hands a few years ago, and they changed things. If you need to speak with someone, there is virtual help. To access your unit, you need an app, and your unit needs a battery that works. I don't like relying on technology. I prefer a lock and key. Whenever I had issues, they were resolved within a day or so.

the rent for unit literally more than doubled from one month to the next. And they're closed overnight hours. 10 to 6 I believe. Everything is Bluetooth activated. You could rent a unit move in and out and you may never even see an employee. I do have a lot of cameras though. And I just learned that one of their facilities is right across the street from the sheriff station. Things to keep in mind the above and make sure you get a good rate. Arizona doesn't have any kind of laws against jacking up the rent. Shitty. All in all they're nice and clean they got a good system. So yeah. Come join us people that pay to keep stuff that we probably will never use again. LOL
