The virtual concierge works well. The sign up procedure and the app work great.
Only 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, but nothing comes to mind right now.

The friendliness and service, it's 5 star, the receptionists know their stuff and guide you threw. The Summer special did attract me, I admit. The facilities look nice. I would like to understand the receipt clearer, numbers everywhere, so I'll have to ask.

The worst customer service ever... been with them for 4 years, they told me they would pro rate the month when I left. Jump to 4 years later, they said no they wouldn't refund the 3 weeks they owe me. Also they were NEVER on site not once. All communication is email. My storage unit somehow had dirt, gravel in it , dead mice , and tons of bugs. I suggest you stay far far away from this company. They also increased my rates THREE times in 4 years.

Jessica is awesome. She has always made sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. When I had issue with my unit lock, they were able to get it taken care of right away.

Unfortunately now I have to downgrade my 5 star rating of this storage facility. When I first arrived they gave 3 month free rent and then the regular price kicked in, that was before the bait and switch. Approximately 2 months ago we got blindsided with a price increase of 50 dollars more a month, with no explanation...just greed! I for one wouldn't mind paying a 5 or 10 % increase but we are talking a 30%.
Notice all the 5 star reviews are a year ago. Good luck and God bless everybody!

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Jessica ..I had some billing issues with my multiple storages and I wasn't aware of the issues for 4 months..when I realized I was still being charged for a unit I had no longer been renting, I called and Jessica and her boss got everything straightened out and refunded me for 4 months of charges...I'm very grateful and appreciative for her dedication to solving my problem.
