“This morning I purchased a replacement door shelf part for my Frigidaire refrigerator. As luck would have it the parts manual seems to have a typo and the part numbers for the top and bottom shelf are transposed. Due to no fault of his own the sales assosciate gave me the part for the top shelf when I needed the part for the bottom shelf. When I got home I was very disappointed that the part did not fit.
I called the store and Olga, the manager, worked with me to figure out what the issue was. She called ahead to the store at Broadway and Kolb. When I arrived, the part was waiting for me and without even having to wait in line the store clerk exchanged the parts and I was out the door 15 seconds later. My card had already been credited for the difference in price. This transaction could not have been easier.
Now I can use the bottom shelf in my refridgerator door again! Thank you Olga!”

“My experience with Espresso Wrench was just about as good as can be! I had purchased an older Rocket Cellini from Ebay (somthing I'll never do again), and what was found on the inside was broken pipes, a shorted out heating element, lots of hard water damage, and so much more. Dana (the office point person) was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what the business provides. Robert (the technician that worked on my machine) was also not only very knowledgeable, but was very good at communicating what work needed to be done and how he did it. Once I arrived to pick up my machine, Dana and Robert wanted to make sure that I have everything I need to care for my machine and keep it in proper working order. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that they did on my machine! The only thing that was a bit of a drag was how long the wait was, however I look at it as a testament to their incredible work. I ended up waiting 6 1/2 weeks for my machine to be repaired, however they did tell me that it would take this long, which is why I didn't knock any stars off. In my opinion, the wait was worth it. Thank you for treating my machine with so much care and love, Espresso Wrench!”

“I want to thank Conrad and Chris for the wonderful installation they provided for my KitchenAid refrigerator. I live in a home that was built in 1963 and there were a lot of skinny doorways they had to go through. They came up with a great plan outside which included removing doors and were very careful bringing it in and putting it all together. They were very pleasant. Thank you again”
“Home depot couldn't deliver due to back order. I had no washer and went to christies for help. The associates that assisted me were Will and David. They were both very friendly and helpful. I was not pressured or overwhelmed with my purchase just great prices and awesome service. The delivery team was awesome and set everything up and operated the washer. “I was just some dude who needed help buying a hard to find plumbing part. Brandon helped me get what I needed and helped explain how it worked. I pleaded my ignorance in plumbing and was treated as if I was an important contractor.I highly recommend this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.Note to management: Give Brandon a raise and when a spot opens, a promotion. It's hard to find good employees and be able to retain them....believe me I know. Most young men these days could care less about customers, Brandon has made me think Ferguson's first for plumbing parts from now on.”

“This place is awesome I came there to rent a pressure washer and a kind guy with long blonde hair helped me out and when I came back to return it my trunk lid had broke and it was storming so hard and he helped me tie up my trunk in the rain by the end of it I was soaked but happy that it met a great individual ! Shout out to the rental department they are awesome and the guy that helped me in the pouring rain deserves a big thank you !”

In terms of service(s) provided, personally& professionally, I can only describe these as incomparable& attentive.
Maryland found me exactly what I needed in a handful of moments. My service repair took less than 24hrs. I was given clear options& provided accommodations I can only describe as paying it forward. I haven't even made mention, yet, of the WARRANTY service(s) available!
In sum, since my visit, I've referred numerous family members& friends to Tamayo's& hope to have made a similar impact here.

“We moved to Green Valley a couple years ago and had our blinds put in by Home Depot. We absolutely love them but we have high windows (these blinds open from the bottom or the top) and we could not open from the top down without a long pole and we had to do this in each room. This was not very convenient to have to go room to room to do this. My husband stopped at Home depot and talked to Olga who was unbelievably helpful!! She not only found a way to get our blinds replaced with the pull cords, she kept in touch with both my husband and I throughout the whole process (including letting us know there was a sale going on that would help and she didn't want us to miss that) Olga was amazing and hopefully is a very treasured employee of the Home Depot team!! I cannot say enough about her magnificent customer service!!!”
