Amazing facility. Terrible manager. Sharron berated me for 10 min for how I parked out front. All she had to do is ask me to re-park my car and I would have kindly done it. This isn't the first time this manager has done this to me. Get a new manager and I will reconsider moving my stuff here in September. What's the point in having a great facility if you have a nutcase manager.

Management here is insincere and very passive aggressive to say the least definitely the type of person to assume and jump to conclusions. Not really too personable though. The prices are competitive and the option to rent a truck is nice but prices on that are definitely above average pricing. The facility looks like it’s in decent shape, but honestly, I wouldn’t know why I opted to rent storage elsewhere based on prior negative experience with the management. Very rude.

Im so thankful for Sharon! Over the weekend I did the online process of getting a storage unit. I thought that was it cause it gave me my storage number and the gate code. So me and my fiancé took our stuff and the code didn’t work. Sharon, the manager, saw us and came out. She had to finalize some things on her and that’s why the code wasn’t working yet. But Sharon was amazing! She didn’t have to help us, due to it being a holiday, but she did anyways and we were so grateful for her help. Even though I felt dumb cause I thought we were all set to go, she was just so kind and I felt so bad on my end due to it being my fault. But she showed no annoyance towards us and was happy to help! Thank you so much Sharon!

This wasn't quick or efficient. I needed to drop the trailer off. She claimed she couldn't get it off so she sent me to the 5955 N Thornydale location. That location is closed. The guy in the office stated it used to be a Penske location. I ended up dropping it off at the 5450 N Camino De La Tierra, Tucson location. The guy jacked the trailer up and took it off in under 4 minutes without any issues. So imagine my irritation. This could've been done at the original location instead of having me waste precious time and gas driving all over town. To be clear, the jack was part of the trailer. It wasn't a separate jack. He jacked it up in a matter of a few minutes and I was on my way. I don't believe the lady knew how to use the jack thar was attached to the trailer. She was attempting to use a hammer to remove it. I watched this guy remove it by following a simple process. My concern is poor training and wasting time driving around finding someone who knew what they were doing. The trailer was not faulty.
