“We love Pinspiration in Tucson! It is such a great place for a family or friend activity. We have been there as a family for an individual project and also hosted our daughter's birthday party there. Tess and her team are fabulous hosts! They do a fantastic job getting you set up with your projects and provide as much help and direction as you need. They are wonderful with the kids and make it a fun and interactive experience. We will definitely be back for many more projects!”
“Very clean and well-kept considering all of the immense supplies found within this building the staff was very helpful to the extent that they could be but the store was definitely overwhelming for a first-time visitor and with both of the customer service Representatives I interacted with not knowing exactly where the product I was looking for was or a good product for a craft I was starting I was left very lost in a very large and overstocked store. In the end I ended up finding what I was looking for and more and with the help of a representative I deduced what would be the best product for my needs and she was able to at least direct me towards the area in which that product could be found. Great deals and sale pricing overall a great trip”

“Visited this location yesterday, after going to the competitor across the street, and will never go to the other place again. Joann's employees are friendly, helpful, and they actually check you out when you're ready to leave instead of making you be a cashier, which is a nice change. Also, Jan (fabric cutter) was great!”
“Ashley, the gal who cut my fabric today, was so pleasant to talk to. She has great customer service. The older gal who helped me cut fabric yesterday was also very helpful! This store has THE BEST people. You can tell they all try their best even though some customers can be very entitled. Anyway, I hope management see this :) I spent almost $200 this weekend and would love to come more often just for the great advice and wonderful people. The people in check out have been nothing but kind! There was a gentleman who helped me the day before and a woman today. I want to say her name might have been Kelly? “I love this studio. I just completed a stained glass class with Andy where we selected a design by Jennifer Cole and made a piece over 5 weeks. Having never worked with glass, I was very comfortable with Andy’s instructions and guidance. They have all of the tools and supplies required in the shop. I was inspired by the beautiful glass work in the studio and motivated and excited to finish my project. Thanks Andy for all of your wonderful direction and Jennifer for a lovely design.”
