Very nice staff - knowledgable, friendly, helpful and because of all the choices, patient as I sorted through several small rugs. They recommended I take 2 different designs and return the one my folks did not prefer, and that was a good call.

These folks are miracle workers! My 35 year-old Karastan rug had never been cleaned, and had some worn edges. After Asian Trade cleaned and repaired it, the rug literally looked and felt brand new.Thank you, Asian Trade!!

Asian Rug Trade Company did a fantastic job repairing a small rug I inherited from my grandparents that has sentimental value. Tomas and staff helped me evaluate whether fixing it or buying a new one was the right path. I'm so happy with the work Ali did to fix it. I also had a long hallway runner washed and they helped with picking out a new rug slip mat - Yay, no more adjusting my rug every time the animals run down the hall! Highly recommended. Thanks!

My experience dealing with Asian Trade Rug Co. has been ideal! The website explains in detail how area rugs are cleaned & repaired and even lets you calculate the cost for general cleaning. My rugs were picked up on time by technicians who were personable, professional and knowledgeable. They went over fabric content of each rug and pointed out areas needing minor repair. I knew I was in good hands!

Fantastic job on our Rug and Runner. Both had age, 3 years garage storage and pet damage working against them. Your cleaning wizards worked their magic. Both look incredible again. I would absolutely recommend Asian Trade Rug Co to anyone who asks. Also, Highly recommend the pick-up and delivery service. They were very polite and respectful of our property.

I am a relatively new customer and have only gone so far for rug cleaning. The entire staff is so wonderful and their work and service is superior. I used to clean my rugs by hand but those days are over. I only wish I had a larger house that could accommodate more rugs! Fabulous collection of gorgeous pieces. Love it.
