We had to move a hot tub and had never used movers before. It was right before Christmas, and trying to get a time down was difficult on both ends, so we decided to wait until after the New Year. The day after New Year's, I got a call from **** and we got it scheduled for the next day. It went just fine, they were on time, and ************ worked hard to move that hot tub. **** followed up after they picked it up, and after they delivered it to make sure everything went well. They did a GREAT job for us and we would NOT hesitate to use them again. Thank you to the three individuals who moved it, and to **** for staying on top of the move. We appreciate you all!

Troy and the crew he sent made our move much less stressful. They were professional and took great care to protect our things.Trey even handled some of our last minute requests and changes with a smile. They arrived on time and worked as long as it took to set us up in our new home.I would highly recommend them for anyone planning a move. My recommendation is to relax and let them do their job. They know what they are doing. Thanks to Troy and the crew.

Since lyn the owner of this horrible establishment won't reply back to me, a person that was contracted through Craigslist to work for her, I will share what she is all about, I ended up doing a moving job for her company assurance relocation systems, in Phoenix AZ, not only did me and 3 other movers successfully execute one job that she had contracted with Phoenix manners 55+ living homes, but after the first job was taking care of I was supposed to stay for two other days to work more moving jobs for her, Ive never had a problem with getting paid from lyn but yesterday was a different story, she told me she would pay me at the end of every job since I am not a physical employee of hers, she lied and made multiple excuses because me and 3 other movers refused to move a customers home that was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. (She doesn't care for her employees she only cares about the money, next time lyn why don't you go out there and move an bug infested house yourself) Because she lost one job out of the two we were assigned to she choose to stiff me with out pay, I reached out multiple occasions, and all she would give me is excuses and insults, she is not professional, she will tell you anything you want to hear to make a quick buck, don't believe her lies, and her way of thinking she's a professional person, she's very delusional, and a narcissist, I honestly can't believe out of the times I went out and helped her she would do this to a good working reliable individual like myself, I live in Tucson az, I took the time to go out to Phoenix, she was good at getting me transportation out there to do the work, and horrible at getting me back home which I had to walk from the bus station to my house because she didn't pay me my hours I did for her, I tried texting you and calling you lyn and if this is how you treat good working people I hope everyone that sees this, future customers, future employees, please think twice before hiring this person, or working for this person. while we are out there working hard in the heat, she's in a office taking money from employees that deserve to get paid. This is not a joke lyn, I promise you you'll lose more money then what you owe me, even if it's just a lost of customers that need to know the truth about the scam of business you are running... Keep the $120 you owe me since I can tell you planned on not paying me, but from here on out I'll leave all the reviews to make sure your business goes down... If she did this to me, imagine what she will do to you... People shouldn't work for a owner like this... and new or existing customers shouldn't hire a company that doesn't pay there employees, agents, or in my case a contractor...

I will start by saying that I almost never submit reviews for anything but this has been the worst experience I think I have ever had with a company of any kind so I felt I needed to let others know not to make the same mistake I made a huge mistake hiring this company to move some large items from one house to another. I called to schedule and I asked if they could handle moving 2 gun safes, a hot tub, and a large display sign and if they had the proper equipment. I was told no problem they do it all the time. Troy said they had safe dollies and a hot tub dolly. That was what I needed, so I hired them. Biggest mistake ever. Here is everything that was wrong. When they moved all of my items they had none of the proper equipment. Just a regular dolly and a pry bar to lift heavier things. They did not wrap or cover anything. They moved my hot tub using a pallet jack and nothing else. They scraped the side of my house and the hot tub. When they flipped it on its side to load it, the side panels all popped out. All the corners of the hot tub are now damaged. It was barely a year old. I have not hooked it up yet as I am waiting for a pad to be and don't have the electric ready so I do not know if there is more damage to the plumbing inside as well. The gun safes weren't wrapped and they did not use a safe dolly as stated. Once in the truck, they tied them up against the rails. Whatever was on the rails had scraped and rubbed off on the front of my safe and it will not come off. It ruined the finish. At the new house, the truck driver hit my house with the liftgate of the truck and put a gouge in the wall! When they were moving the display sign into my garage they repeatedly hit the trimming, broke the corner of the sign and damaged the trim around my garage door. I told them to just leave it outside and my brother and I would take care of it because I did not want them damaging anything else. During the entire move the movers were arguing with each other and not very professional. On top of all of that I ended up helping them move almost everything because it was too heavy and awkward for them they did not work together very well. It seemed like no one was in charge or organizing it. Plus I wanted to try and prevent further damages to my items.I called and talked to the owners about my concerns and the damages as things were getting moved. I told them I probably would have been better off just hiring a spa mover and a safe mover and paying more money so that my stuff would not be damaged but I thought they could handle it. After it was done I called as well and was told by Lynn that they would send out somebody to inspect the damages and start a claim but I have gotten nothing but the runaround from them since. I have called and emailed multiple times and I'm always told that she had started the claim and someone will be out "next week". It has been over 2 months and I feel they have just blown me off now. They no longer answer my phone calls or return my emails or phone messages. I can't believe I paid money to have all of my things damaged. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and am thinking of talking to my own lawyer to take them to small claims court if necessary. Please save yourself the headache and do not hire these people.

Gave them one star because I cannot give 0 stars. I talked to Troy on the phone, set up my move and was only told of the difference in cost between 2 and 3 movers. I was told there were no other fees. The day before the move they sent the email that covered the hidden costs that I wasn't told about.$250 for safe moving fee$150 for a fuel surcharge $199 to just show up...I was at $600 before they touched one item and we never discussed these prices until the day before the move and I already paid the deposit. Needless to say I canceled on them but they tried to stick me with keeping my deposit. Once they tried to deny the refund I contacted my banks fraud department and put a stop payment on these crooks. I found a new mover on the same day that didn't charge anything other than the hourly fee and didn't come up with bullshit hidden fees the day before the move.Steer clear of this company, I think they have a crooked business model predicated on taking advantage of people. The guy Troy is full of shit, so at the very least avoid dealing with him, but my advice would be to hire a professional company.

They damaged the apartment complex door/balcony railing/exterior stucco wall. The movers spent over an hour trying to removing the feet from my couch because they couldn't figure out how to get it out of the apartment. That couch was moved 5 times before in and out of standard doors (including the apartment I was moving from) and never had an issue. Not these movers. So they decided finally after wasting a solid hour of time (and my money) to lower it over the balcony and then lift it over the balcony rail of the newly renovated apartment. In the process they totally scrapped paint off the newly painted rail, ripped fabric off the underside of my couch and put a hole in the stucco of the apartment building (of which I have pictures). Half the time of the move, the "office" kept calling on of the two movers taking up the time I was paying for. He finally said that he wished they would STOP calling him so he could help the other guy working. Again - I was paying a lot for his time to talk to the caller (office or girlfriend - I don't know). I also had to pay for another half hour for them to put the feet back on the couch and I found the center support for under the couch left in the old apartment, which I had to reinstall myself. So, what was suppose to take 2 hours max (I've moved the same stuff 3 times before), took 4 hours. All they had to move was the major furniture (couch, recliner, bed, etc) as my family moved all the other household items, clothing, kitchen, etc. before. Literally only the big household furniture item across a parking lot from one apartment to the other in the same complex. I also paid for a truck they never even needed to use. They also hit me with a paper listing "additional" charges the day of the move. No information about that before. Beginning quote for two hours was fine -- but it took 4 and damaged the old and new apartment and building. I haven't received a final bill yet, but I had to go to the managers of complex and explain all the damage the movers did to the building just moving a couch.

The guys who moved us were respectful and we felt really took good care of our things. We also felt like they were quick and efficient. They showed up with a large team and then as the day went on they brought in more help. We would definitely use them again.

I used Assurance. Very good experience. Great packers and showed up on time prepared with supplies. Only one thing broken. My fault not theirs. Protected floors and did every thing I asked them to do. Would use them again.
