Martin Gill....he is our Hero! We were about to change carriers because other AT&T locations wouldn't help us after being customers for 5 years. Where other AT&T kiosks said no, Martin said Yes! Will never go to a different store! Five stars aren't enough!!!!!

At this location it was very busy with 4 employees and large families getting new phones. Store was clean. Wait time was really long. I Decided to go to another AT&T store.

I visited the store 6 months ago and they sold me something totally different from what I am paying, monthly payments much higher than what they mentioned to me (as of the months I was going to go down, something that never happened), I left 2 exchange cell phones with supposed value of 1000 dollars each and today they tell me that they will only give me $95 dollars of credit for each one because in the plan they sold me the exchanges are not accepted. And the seller Jimmy was the one who attended us and explained everything to us and it turned out to be a lie, they couldn't find the phones and we make us go every month and they told us pending and now that it never happened

Walked in as a new customer to AT&T and honest to god had the best help and customer support from Hailey. She was very clear, very patient and helpful. Made the decision of switching over that much easier.
