I went here to turn in my phone after I traded in and had no problems getting receipt. Tim was very helpful, by far the best AT&T employee/manager that I’ve ever had an encounter with. Very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing with everything.

I just went in to ask about an upgrade and Tim the store manager was so helpful. I’ve hesitated coming in before because the previous times the workers weren’t so helpful. I’m glad I came in today!

Tim was great and patient. Had 2 go back twice in the same day but he was very helpful and got my phone working again. Great customer service. Didn't get the other employees name that was there he was great also. Store was a little busy and they both took care of each customer in a timely manner.
