While we were visiting Tucson, my husband lost his iPhone charging cable. This store was a convenient location. I didn't catch her name, but the representative that helped us was very friendly & efficient. She even came out to our car to make sure the cable would fit our adapter.

I went in to pay this bill and didn't know what my payment date was. Just so luckily I gone in and made the payment anyhow. But I was never informed until 09/02/23 that I was being charged for 3 lines instead of 2. Now that my payments seem to be not applied and my services are off, as of 09/01/23. At&t are claiming I need to pay the additional 88 before my services are restored. I think I'll wait until you credited my account with the excessive billing for the past two months and stop dodging me every time I call before I consider this! Most businesses get this all the time, providers charging the business excessive amounts and making excuses for the high costs

Our in store experience was amazing! Our service rep Teion was super knowledgeable about plans, product and deals, was super helpful in setting up our new plan and devices and was so very friendly and upbeat, which made for a very enjoyable experience in the store.We were happy with the products we received and even walked away with a little extra because of some of the great deals we were told about. All in all it was a 5 star experience for me.

Set up a temporary Sim card at this location with the store Mgr. To try out the service since Verizon is not working where my new house is at, said it was a free trail for 14 days, I just need to cancel with him before then if it didn't work out. After 4 days trying with a 800 number, still not canceled, it's now been so many hours on the phone with it still not canceled. Very upset and disappointed at this Mgr. And AT&T.Stay far from them!! I had my own phone, just for a sim card to try 1 phone for service they want over $300 for a business lineUpdate!! Two weeks later,After 4+ phone calls and talking to the store mgr. every time, and he said that he forwarded the paperwork to upper management to cancel and to void any charges. I find out today he's on maternity leave, and I still owe a very large bill, It is climbing, and I still have service. I called the 800 number again while in the store, since the associates there can't help me. They took my info to pass it on. I filed complaints with AT&T again and then filed a police report online for this account that is not authorized to be billing me, and then they trespassed me in response to me getting the cops now involved after a month!!!Stay far from this establishment!I'm going to get an attorney after the holiday.

Mrs Teion Joseph assisted my wife and me in the purchasing and connections, she provided excellent service ? kudos to her, and observations of the other assistant and manager were like wise, thank you At&t for them. Highly Recommend this store and at&t!

Octavio was so extremely helpful, he explained all the details super clearly and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. He went above and beyond to find me the best offers available and it made transitioning services really feel seemless. 5 stars for that guy alone!

I went into the store kind of aware of what I wanted , however the service I was given was amazing. Being the recluse I tend to be, I don’t know much about the difference between the series of Apple Watches. I did end up leaving today not only with slight knowledge on my new watch but I was able to get the exact screen size and color watch I wanted due to the Associate ordering it for me in store to be delivered to my home. Thank you so much
