Came in when my phone stopped working out of no where. I was super frustrated and came in with an attitude. Sophia helped me right away and was really patient and helpful. She got me through it and back up and running in a flash. I appreciate her help so much. Thanks ladies at AT&T for being so kind.

The sales lady was rude she was on her phone sitting down and getting irritated for any question we had never going back to this store on prince road Tucson will move from at&t to different carrier.

We decided to leave our old carrier due to a better offer, or we were sold lies about.We traded in our old iPhones 12 for a new iPhone 14. Our old phones were paid off. We were told that we would get $800 for each phone, they would be paid off. Was told the activation fee would be waived. Our bill would be the same as our old carrier.The bill comes, 2nd line is on a more expensive line, not the first responder line as both phones were supposed to be on. Activation fee not waived. Our trade in were nothing, now we are on a 36 month credit. So in other words we are getting a 36 month contract that we didn’t want to be on.Dom lied too us over and over, we asked him a lot of questions and took two days to decide if we were going to switch to AT&T. Great salesman of lies.Went in to discuss the bill, another sales person was there. Asked some questions and our concerns. He changed the second line to first responder. Said it would take several payments before our credits would show on the bill. Pushed to join the automatic payment to get a $10 savings… which again takes a couple bill cycles to activate. Was very rude when discussing our concerns and the info we were fed lies about.We will stay for a moment with AT&T to pay off the phones. Will never join AT&T again. We were with AT&T over 10 years ago. Left bc of the shady and lousy customer service. Was hoping thing had changed… definitely didn’t.

Staff was pleasant and polite. But wouldn’t even try to help me. Didn’t want to see what they could find as far as customer resources go, or try to get me to people who could help. Literally, the staff disavowed the AT&T service I had as “this is AT&T being shady” and she told me there is literally nothing they can do because “that AT&T” is not really AT&T. Totally in disbelief… because I have have other corporate departments lift a finger to help me— when I could get someone on the phone who understands the issue. Useless store.

Sophia Mazzara is an Angel. My 80 year old Mother went into the store with phone issues. I have tried for months to help fix. Sophia was patient and kind to my mother. She got her a new phone, set it up and got everything working before she left. In a time where customer service no longer exists, AT&T has an employee who not only has a kind personality but have unbelievable customer service skills. I only wish she was closer to me so I could hire her. I am glad I stayed with AT&T and am once again a satisfied customer with 30 years of AT&T services.

Dealt with 5 people working for the AT&T franchise. All of them have been an extremely bad experience. Until I walked into THIS store, with Sophia and Tyler. They greeted me very friendly and happily, listened to my short story and set out to make it right. They were friendly and helpful, I recommend this location to others.

The customer service at this location was absolutely great! They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were resolved. Even talk to me to upgrading to the new iPhone 14. Couldn’t be happier with his service I received

You go in with a mission and a trainee was doing his best but the manager and other employee left him to fend for himself- 40 minutes later. I asked the other employee to help him. He did but the manager should of been more attentive or supportive.This place has high turnover and poor leadership.

I give props to sophia, very amazing, and helpful. She got everything done right, haven’t had any issues. She helped my whole family out and has not been rude at all. 10/10 do recommend, as well as Tyler amazing customer service very nice attitude.

I had to wait a few minutes (maybe 10) because both store employees were with other customers when i came in to the store, however i was greeted right away and was told they would help me shortly.Sophia was very knowledgable and helpful- i cant compliment her enough and I have already told family members to use this store/Sophia for help next time they need anything from an AT&T store. ( I had visited the AT&T store on Oracle by the mall and walked out because their staff wasn't the least bit helpful) ... i am so glad i found the store on Prince and was helped by Sophia!!

Beware of Sophia at Prince/Campbell. She seams very nice and sincere. She is a liar . I signed a contract, with her saying my bill would be 115$ a month. When I got a bill for 207$ a month, I asked her , she changed the price. I have called customer service, they credited me some money but said my bill would be 60$ more a month. She deceives you with a smile , but don't be fooled. Now I am stuck for 3 years.
