Very dissatisfied with AT&T. #768 did not work so I had to pay at a store. Also:
I made a simple change over the summer and AT&T removed my auto payments. They never told me I had to set it back up. This cost me close to $200 in reconnect fees, TWICE!! I will be switching services back to Verizon in the near future.

Purchased a new phone in July. Was told I would get a $700 credit for trading in my old phone. I tried to give it to the store when I purchased the new one. Was told they couldn’t take it. A prepaid shipping box would be sent to me. I never received any return packaging . Called support twice. Was told they couldn’t help. Visited a local store. They got on the phone with support and I was told a UPS return box would be sent to me. Never received it. I went into a corporate store and was told it was beyond 30 days. They could do nothing to help. I paid off the new phone and will be switching carriers. Absolute horrible service. Scammed me out of $700

This is definitely a sales store. I took my phone in because I’m still paying in it & it is not working & freezing up. I learned that updates on this model are not automatic & my phone was 2 updates behind. I was told the issues would clear up after update that night.
It didn’t fix the problem. I have the extended warranty & was told the next day when I went in for the same issues they don’t fix or replace phones there! I have to go across the street to the Park Place Mall to get it looked at. What a waste of time & money.
I’m super disappointed with AT&T services & may even switch carriers.

Dealt James could not fix a Wal-Mart rep screwed up he informed me mgr would give same unreasonable answer Sofia Att Ina road resolved all issues timely pleasantly
From further inquiry was informed store often useless especially this is 3 rd store I went to resolve

I wouldn't say they are unprofessional cause they actively lied to us in order to work less. The agent from customer service told us to go to a cooperated store but they lied and very confidently persuaded us it is not possible. I'm so pissed I trusted them at that time. Awful experience🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Don't trust them!!!!

I wanted to upgrade my old s20 to the new s24 ultra and the reps there were super awesome and helpful. You can tell they care about their job and want to help people which I think is really fantastic!

I recently changed Carriers and had the pleasure of meeting Maria at this location. Unfortunately I went to a third party location prior and had a unpleasant experience. The Coworker there was rude, had an attitude, lacked empathy and didn't want to assist in any way. My daughter called this location on Broadway and they were happy to help. Maria was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and assisted me down to the minute they were closing. She offered me a charger once she noticed my phone was about to die as well. She went above and beyond! Attention to detail and the willingness to help is major!! Thank you again for your amazing customer service! I definitely recommend this location! Have an amazing day!

Don't recall the female salesperson's name, but she was absolutely terrible & almost rude. If you go in & see a short, petite, dark haired sales chick, tell them you want someone else.

I've been here twice sales staff have always been great, today I had several issues all of which were resolved. Staff person was friendl helpful and there was only a short wait.
