If I could give zero stars, I would first of all had to stand outside the store for 20 minutes because nobody was inside of it then when I got inside and asked if They had my screen protector. She was like Doubt it and just stood there I asked if she knew if another store would and she said just go somewhere else. She proceeded to call me many Names and said she was having a bad day when she wouldn’t give me her name. I snapped a photo of her to take to corporate when I went to go replace my screen protector then she proceeded to get in my face as I was trying to leave the store.

My experience at this store was not pleasant! The worker was annoyed that we didn't buy our phone or jet pack there I think , and gave us bad info , so we left and went to another ATT store and had all our products solved. We won't be back to that store

We requested four phone plans of US$25.00 plus taxes, as informed at the entrance of the store. Unfortunately, the attendant requested an additional line. We returned later to request the cancellation of this extra line, which was not cancelled and we still received a bill of US$459.00, different from the US$100 plus taxes informed by the saleswoman. Honestly, I am very disappointed with the mistakes made by this store. Finally, they informed us that it was not their problem and that we should resolve it through call center. We are going to cancel and change carriers. Disappointing...

The manager was beyond rude. She refused to let us into the store at all. We were trying to return 2 items that we were given the wrong price on. Tried to explain to her the we have been trying with AT&T customer service that we were given the wrong price and they told us to go back into the store. Since she wouldn’t accept the return at all I called customer service and then as I am talking to customer service she kept interrupting me as I was attempting to talk to them telling them “make sure you tell them it’s been 60 days”. When customer service was trying to speak she kept interrupting them as well. She kept saying “stop lying to the customer” she would roll her eyes. She called the manager above her as well to try to have the other manager tell us that they could not accept the returns even though it was her employee that misquoted the price. The customer service lady on the phone kept saying she was sorry that the store manager was acting the way she was. My wife asked the manager for a bag at least to carry our items away that she refused to accept the return. She would not get us a bag from AT&T and went to the Cinnabon to get us a bag instead. After getting frustrated with the managers eye rolling and refusing to even allow us into the store we gave up. I would give this a lower than 1 star for the poor behavior of the manager but it will only allow me to give 1 star as the lowest.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The young lady working yesterday morning wasn't interestered in answering out questions. Very RUDE. Needs to take a class in customer interaction. Won't go back to this store again

Liars and misleading. They lied to us about our monthly bill just for it to be 4xs that amount with no explanations to why it was so much. Attnt are scammers . Please don't fall for the Okey doke

The manager hunter quoted my bill for 4 lines on a business account to be 125 dollars each month came back that day to begin everything. Left with no information on billing or our account but we left cause the store was closing and we was the last ones there. Long story short our bill was 450 dollars and come to find out they set us up with a premium plan we didn't ask for and if I didn't threaten to leave the company I would have to pay that outrageous bill. I am disgusted at how they mislead people on billing. And I'm also disgusted that the guy set us up for something that cost more money to improve his commission .I would have stayed with cricket .

I was on the searching for a case and screen protector ans I went across the street they where so rude for no reason because they wanted a sale instead of helping me
I appreciate teion and Luis being amazing ans getting me everything I needed and applied they are amazing 10/10 would come here instead of the on the street of oracle and Westmore TUCSON MALL ALL THE WAY GOOD JOB ATT
