I signed up for AT&T a few years back by a guy named James Morlock on the DM AFB. I have never received what I was promised from him. He quoted $95 for my mom and I , and I have never paid less that $167 dollars. I have a phone that hasn't worked after literally 5 months of having it. AT&T will drain money from your pockets and I am ready to pursue legal action.
I have used this location for help and this location and employees are very sweet and helpful. But I am writing this review here because it's more of a complaint to the whole company. I have already reached out to customer service and they won't do more for me than what I can get in a store front.

I am filing this on behalf of my wife but I was there as well. We met Rene at this store trade in her old iPhone for a new iPhone 16. So we went forward with that, then Rene told us about a Black Friday promotion to get a new IPAD, and Apple Watch for $2.99/month extra. We are on a family plan so we pay the account holder every month. Rene said the bill would only increase $71 for the new iPhone, watch and iPad. We both thought this was a little fishy as $71 for 3 devices sounded mislead. So I proceeded to ask Rene x3 times what the bill was for her new phone, watch and iPad, which he said $71 but said couldnt get the exact amount until the bill generates. My wife even asked him this question and he said the same thing. Then we thought, wow this might just be a great Black Friday deal. WRONG. I asked Rene how long I had to return these devices in case he did in fact lie to us, for then he said I have 3 months from purchase date to return them. I was at a corporate location today and they informed me it was 14 days from purchase date. Rene's lies don't stop there, my wife is in school and said he could add a student discount to the account which he said he did in fact add them. He DID NOT add them as the corporate store did confirm that to me as well. That following Tuesday, we got her phone in the mail and went back to this location for help transferring her data from the old phone to the new one. A rep there helped us out. I asked him how much the bill would go up, he also said $71 increase from the original bill and that we had 3 months to return the devices if bill was too much. The 2nd rep also said the student discount was added to the account, which again was NOT, confirmed by corporate store as I mentioned earlier. Both Rene and the other rep LIED and scammed us to our faces using scandalous sales tactics to make a buck for themselves. I DEMAND a resolution from the owner of this business.

I've been an AT&T customer for over 25 years, dating back to Cingular. I've used various AT&T stores in Tucson, and several in other States (military). This store is my favorite. Occasionally, there is a wait because there are a lot of customers in the store. And a couple of times the rep. that helped me was having a bad day, or didn't have the best customer service skills set. Those are the exceptions. If you are a current AT&T customer, or looking to switch, this is a good store to visit.

I walked into this store today needing a screen protector as mine broke. I was approached by this young guy and I explained to him that I was in once before to that store and can’t remember if I paid for a screen protector or if it was part of my plan that I paid for. I was immediately told that they’re not free and there 10 dollars. I said okay offering him my phone number to see if he can look me up to at least see what plan I have? He responded with “No” I said well I’m not sure what plan I have or not. I offered him my ID to look me up and again he said, “NO” he then kept repeating himself saying, “sir I can’t give you a free screen protector as almost as if he was trying to embarrass me in front of others. I said I can pay for it but at least look up my account to see what plan I have. He refused to do that yet again. I then asked for his name and he said, “NO I’m not going to give it to you.” I said you need to give me your name, he said, No. I asked for his Supervisor and he said he wasn’t giving me that information or name. He then moved his jacket to the side of his name tag as if he was purposely hiding his name tag the whole entire time. His response to me was it’s right here, can’t you read.”Please take note as his name is Kevin. Kevin was very arrogant, condescending, and very disrespectful to me, not to mention very unprofessional. Another employee chimed in and asked Kevin what I needed and Kevin shouts across the store once again trying to embarrass me in front of other saying he wants a free screen protector, I then told that employee I can pay for one but he at first refused to give me his name and his supervisors name. I had to basically ask numerous times just to get it. That employee responded with he doesn’t have to give you anything and asks me to leave there store. I left the store and promise I will never give my business to these jokers. I ended up going to Broadway and Wilmot where they took my information down and apologized on their behalf. This Supervisor told me that that is a retailer store and that they get lots of complaints about the people that work there. He took my name and number down and assured me Corporate and the owner of that store would call me back about my experience with Kevin.

I had quite the experience upgrading two devices on my AT&T account. My husband and I wanted the new IPhone15. I decided to purchase on the app after seeing a discount promotion. That is when the chaos began. We received the new phones without trade in materials for the old ones and the device information was incorrect. I spoke to customer service multiple times, over the phone and live agent chat. Our 30 day window was closing and we decided to go in store hoping someone could help. We were instantly greeted. They made it their goal to get our phones traded in and provide the same promotion. After a few phone calls and questions our previous phones were packed up and ready to go. Nicolas was patient, professional, and efficient. Azyad and Duke were helpful, honest, and polite. Thank you to the employees at this location for taking the time and using your skill to get our issues resolved.

There not very good at there job. Spent an hour waiting for a two minutes answer. Because the advocate couldn't ask while working with another person. For just a quick question how may I help you. And I would of asked a question that only took two seconds to answer very pissed

This store continues to help me out. The store manager made sure all my issues were resolved. They have great accommodating staff who all work hard to make sure the customer is happy! Plus they provide me with a teachers discount!!!!
