99% of their products are for Apple products. I had to order our cases and screen protector for Android phones very disappointed that we couldn't walk out with what we wanted. The employees were very friendly and helpful not their fault there was not Android products.

The online help was terrible! I will never use it again. Going to the store on Ina Tucson and being helped by Rosa saved you from us going to another competitor!

I bought a phone for me and for my wife here and renewed our phone plan. Mike O. was very organized and helped us navigate a better phone plan. We love our new phones. He and the other staff working there that day were friendly and helpful. It was busy in there too. They all had excellent customer service skills and were knowledgeable about the products. We need to mention Mike's name again because he was just Awesome!

Michael was a dream. I walked in in tears as my Google Pixel 6 was speaking in tounges. He didn't laugh at me, he took my phone and within 2 minutes fixed my phone. A real hero but super knowledgeable. Thank you so very much

We came in the day after Christmas to set up a new phone line and to activate an Apple Watch. Michael was very friendly and provided the level of service that we were looking for. He explained the process in a way that made sense to us, and he was genuinely happy to help. I highly recommend this location for any future ATT needs.
