AutoNation Honda Service Center associates were friendly, courteous and professional. They explained what the codes were and how much they could cost. I had purchased an Oil Change package from out of state and it only covered the oil. The codes had other items that were needed. They provided costs, told me they could not honor non-Honda Service coupons and were able to get me in and out in the allotted time originally agreed upon.I would recommend them for any Honda Service!

Very professional service and courtesy by Gregg Chesbrough today as I brought the Honda Pilot in for urgent tire repair and wheel and sensor service. Back on the road in two hours. Well done.

Appointment to replace all 4 window seals on 2016 Honda Civic. Tech gave a quote of 2-3 hours and job was completed within 90 minutes. Always top notch service from the staff. Long time customer (over 20 years) and wouldn't go anywhere else for service. Thanks Paul and the other staff for providing the best customer service in the industry ?, Don

It was quick and easy to get an appointment on the customer service was exceptional. However, I was advised that the problem with my steering was a bad battery. The battery was replaced on my new car. I wasn’t happy to hear. I had a bad battery in a new car. Also, I don’t feel the steering problem has been corrected. It still feels the same to me. I will probably have to bring it back in shortly. The staff was great though, but I don’t feel like my problem was resolved.

First timer arriving recently from Michigan. Service consultant was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and good at communicating what was being planned with regard to my service wishes. My Honda dealership in Michigan is smaller so service was done quicker but that is understandable seeing the size of your business.

Autonation Honda Service Center was excellent. Dropping off my car was fast, and they were super friendly. They supported me in making the right decisions for my car, they texted me pictures of what needed work, and called to follow through with any questions I had.They even washed my car! I left with a clean car, feeling confident that my car was well taken care of.

Beware of the misleading and dishonest financial center representatives. We purchased a brand new vehicle here 6 months ago and were talked into buying a warranty package for the tires. What the financial rep told us about the package is not at all what we actually get and are just finding out. The salesman and the service team were great, but we were definitely mislead by the financial team.

This will be my second visit to this store. Each time I've been here, its been friendly and welcoming :).First Impression:I came around 1pm during a work day, and it was fairly steady :). Interactions:Staff was friendly and inviting. I felt good about coming here in terms of comfortability.Service:I was here for an oil change schedule minder (B1). Value:I paid roughly $72 and some change. I'm not really sure if this is a value as other places as low as $20 will do the same oil change. I think dealerships are notoriously known to overcharge quite a bit. I do recognize that the oil itself is quite expensive if you're using synthetic oil etc.Recommendation:If you need services done for your Honda, then this isn't a bad place to come get it done. However, like most dealerships you will be hit with numerous recommendations and sometimes confusing and conflicting information that seem to be off when you visit other dealerships for the same services. I do believe they are genuine with their recommendations though and have your best interest at heart, but the price can sometimes be a scary factor when determining to make repair decisions.

While the quality of service is great and they do fabulous work, the wait time was not acceptable. Four hours for an oil change due to severe short staffing that particular day. I was told a lot of folks were out sick. I feel for the workers...Five stars because I refuse to rate a place poorly for letting their staff call out when needed. They still provided great quality service.

Been trying to get my Honda diagnosed for over 3 weeks. Never get calls back after I leave a message. Will not buy another Honda thanks to this company’s poor customer service lack of customer. Meanwhile my car is sitting in there service parking lot .

I can't imagine how difficult it must be to run a busy service department! The crew at Autonation, however, is amazing. I'm sure that every single customer comes in annoyed cuz their car needs fixing....in spite of this I've seen almost every customer leave satisfied.They truly care about your vehicle which is what I care about most.Thanks Autonation!
