Eddie was great to work with. He didn't pressure us and worked to help us find the right vehicle. The finance team worked hard to get the low rate we were pre-approved for through OneAZ CU. The process was relatively quick.

AutoNation Honda has a very good service department that has always been fair and responsive to me in my 12 years since moving to Tucson. Gregg Cheesbrough is an excellent, experienced, knowledgable service advisor. I appreciate the convenience of online scheduling. I have always been taken seriously and treated with respect.

While I love the car, was happy with the price, and was satisfied with the amount I was given for the trade-in, the experience was NOT pleasant.Our salesman treated me as if I didn’t have money, was concerned about my potential approval, and literally didn’t change his attitude until I told him I didn’t care about the banks approval because I was paying with a card and if I needed financing, I was already approved with my bank.Additionally, the finance guy was an ABSOLUTE jerk. He said MAYBE 5 words to us. When I declined the warranty he ignored me and still explained the entire thing to me. When he pulled out the iPad to capture my signatures, he placed it in front of me and said “Sogn this.” I had to ask him what I was signing because it was a blank screen. He rudely told me to “just sign” because it was capturing my signature.When we finished with paperwork, he printed everything, put it in an envelope, extended it out to me and said “you’re done.”He didn’t walk us to the sales floor. He didn’t call for our salesperson. We walked out and I had to hunt down our salesperson to tell him we were done and to get our keys. The sales guy walked us outside, pointed to the parked car, gave us a key, and said to take care.I paid $5,000 up front and the car was under $15k so I guess I just wasn’t spending enough money to be treated well? I don’t know but it sure seemed like everyone around us was treated much better.I did like our salesperson after he changed his demeanor, he even got us food from their break room. But otherwise, it was the most mid experience.
