Spoke with Jacquie Hall... amazing!!! She helped and did a better job than anyone else that we have spoken to.. she changed my mother's battery after previous issues with employees.. she was pleasant and friendly and knew her stuff!! 10 stars!!!!

Guys sold me wrong battery. Had to wait 10 minutes for the slowest manager in the world to get me cash. Sent me to another store. Then had to wait for first store to fix their screw up so the second store could process the incorrect balance showing for that part number. Took an hour and a half of time driving and waiting on unqualified employees. Second store on Irvington the female employee was painting her nails white while speaking to me. Lots of wasted time and gas. Should of went to napa.

I came in here about five minutes before they were closing, it was super last minute i noticed something wasn't right on my car, they helped me as much as they could and even stayed passed closing to help me! I highly recommend this store!

I stopped into this store for battery issues. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by a young man, Adrian M. He asked how he could assist me and I explained my situation. We discussed how my vehicle would not keep a charge. He confirmed I had the correct battery size and went to my vehicle and tested my battery. He identified that it was not good and exchanged it, then installed for me. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from him. You don’t see great work ethic in many young adults. I’m super grateful for his exceptional service and that he was able to alleviate my stress. Thank you again Adrian

Only gave 2 stars because the first guy that helped me carried the battery out to the car for me. My experience this week makes me realize why my son uses a competitor. I figured battery prices wouldn’t be too far off from competitor so bought one here yesterday for my car because they are conveniently located near my job. Got home and saw it was $30 more than competitor comparable spec battery. Went back there today with the battery to see if they price match or if I was returning it. They’d rather lose a sale than price match so they refunded me the battery cost. I asked about the core and was told yes, I would get core back. So then I asked about the felt kit they upsold me on, since I left it attached to the returned battery. Tried to tell me he refunded me; he didn’t. He then tried to say I could keep it for my other lower priced battery. Over principle and because my son said I didn’t need it, I had him refund me on that too. Then he tries to send me out again without a core. Finally got that back too, otherwise they would have been happy keeping it. Just felt sketchy to me with the upselling and whole ordeal. Todays guy didn’t offer to carry out core battery. I would have refused the help but again, principle and customer service lacking.

this place takes 2 hours to get you quotes on parts over the phone. 2HOURS??? Im pulling my commercial account out of this place. its ridiculous now.

One of my employees called to get a quick price quote and part availability over the phone. Something we been doing with AutoZone for 15years we been doing business with them. A call that takes 30seconds if even that. They literally wanted to give us a callback in 2hours because there was "7" people ahead of me. Lol. Every single time i step foot in that place there's a lot of employees working but they are more focused on having unprofessional conversations about what they did the night before. I'm done with this place for good. You want good honest service just let me save you the time and go elsewhere. Your welcome

Okay well I must say this AutoZone here it actually has its ups and downs sometimes but when you get used to it you kind of have to put up with the people that work here but it's totally okay because it's a free country and we could put up with people if we really want to and that's all I have to say about that thank you come again..
