I went this morning about 1030 am to get Engine Oil Drain Plug and a dude working at the register with a very stupid attitude trying to correct my English sent me to O'Reilly's to get the part when I saw that other AutoZones had it in stock, i didnt get his name but he had some asian tattoos on his neck. Very poor costumer service and I felt insulted by this idiot.

I came into this AutoZone location on 12/31/2023 for a check engine light to be read. The staff here were responsive and efficient. I was able to get the check engine light scanned and read for free. The recommend part from being scanned was in stock and came with a lifetime warranty. I was able to quickly and easily repair the needed part on my vehicle. Thanks team here for your swift help.

I highly recommend this location. I would love to recognize the manager. He was extremely helpful. I was lacking in some funds to rent a tool. He assist in lowering the price so I could get it. I was having one of those hard days and he was the answer to my prayers. Thank you for making my day! Thank you for all your help!!!!

Really bad services. 2709 Store number Steven the manager was playing with his associates in the back of the store when I waited 20 minutes to buy the oil for my car, when he came out I said that I have been waiting for so long while he was playing back there and we were 4 people on line already, he said well if you want go to another Store you can go you don’t have to buy here if you don’t want to he said. I left the oil and asked for his information to one of his associates, Corporate won’t do nothing about it. He also creates fake accounts to get good reviews, reviews where he gets 5 stars ?, how do I know this? Because his employees talk about it. Don’t go to that store! As far I know this store is losing 90k a year. How come the he still there as a manager? ???????

came in for a check engine light help, employees with red shirt were really nice and help full but the way esteban i believe his name was the way he talked tk his employees was so rude. people should not be spoke like that SO RUDE!!!

Estaban the general manager is the absolute worst person ever, he is so rude and gave attitude to my husband and son sold them a battery when we had a warranty. Then proceeded to be rude to the employees that helped us. Worst manager of all Tucson never going to this store again!!!

This store has employees who’ve in the past have always helped me out, usually have the small things I’m looking for, but never have the big things.. but can get them by end of the day, if you care to return otherwise might be in running for 5 star

The customer service here needs some attention. There was a line of customers waiting to check out with only one clerk. Then a customer wanted his check engine light checked. The clerk hollered out "stepping out" and proceeded to leave. Finally Manuel the manager came from the back to help out. Of course he took his time getting to the register. This is the second time within a week that there has been a long line of customers wiring with very slow service. I remember the first time there was a long line and Manuel was at the far end of the counter just looking at everyone in line. If there was another Autozone close to me I would probably go there. I guess O'Reilley's might have a new customer. Sorry Autozone I have been a faithfull customer for many years but I believe customers and customer service come first.

This is the best auto zone in Tucson, the coworkers are really nice and actually care about the customers needs, Richard was super nice and sparked up friendly conversations while helping solve my problems. One of the managers though, Esteban I believe, really doesn’t have good customer service and you can tell he’s a rude person.

this is the worst autozone ever!!!! the guy who was working there told me they didn’t have the tool needed to remove my battery… like how does autozone not have a tool… i even checked the took section and asked if i had the correct one and his response was “i wouldn’t know” like how do you work at autozone and not know… it was frustrating af!!! never going there again!!
