This place is incredible. The Benedicts are the best in Tucson.The Longhorn uses real, thick Hatch Green Chile (not that terrible canned stuff everywhere else uses). New Mexicans would be proud.11/10 Food.

Constant line outside, the entire time we were there, but the service was fast and the food was delicious! If you come early enough, try the Liege waffle.
Baja Cafe, located in Campbell Plaza, is a full service breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant. We are open daily 6 am - 2 pm except for major holidays. We offer more traditional style breakfasts along with many meals with a Southwestern flair. We offer many types of Eggs Benedicts as well as made from scratch pancakes, cinnamon roll french toast and Liege Waffles. We offer mimosas, made from scratch Bloody Marys, and other adult beverages along with espresso drinks including lattes. We want to offer our amazing guests a truly wonderful meal in a welcoming and friendly environment.
