Rene did the opposite of help me this morning. After denying my daughter access to a restroom I was told to wait an additional 20 minutes estimated...
I was there only after spending numerous hours prior day on the phone with "customer service" about a fraudulent withdrawal of $740, so I'm there in person to give them information they really shouldn't need, it's obvious I didn't process the cash app "refund" for an item I sold over a month ago.
As we're being helped not just waiting in line, our number has already been called and Rene is supposed to "help" , bad timing my kido had to use the restroom so she promptly denied us access. Leaving my issue unresolved and me in fear of leaving my hard earned money there.
Literally an additional hour at minimum.
They will give you the run around at times..
Deny you access to control your personal funds if they deem necessary..
Your Money is fairly secure there
No access to restroom not only to the public but long time customers of 15 years that happened to have their 3 year old cleanly kid with, I didn't want to be in the building in the first place.
Be careful out there America....

29 years personal and 10 years business banking with BofA. I have never felt so disgusted in my life.
Yesterday(June 17th), this location treated me like a transient with a fake check.
As a BLACK man, I suggest we look for better banking options. Happy Juneteenth!

For the second time in less than a month, a drive-through ATM at this location has retained my wife's business debit card with no provocation What the hell gives??? Am not happy with this nonsense.

The tellers at this store on 4/10/2023 are the laziest and won't do anything to help a customer. Bank of America just lost a customer!!! I was at one of the drive up ATM, and it froze and took my card. Their first and only response to me was," we have nothing to do with that". They went and sat down. That's how they treat customers. They are more concerned about doing nothing when it's getting close to closing time. I've been a customer for about 4 years and it's like this in almost every branch. Bank Of America employees are lazy.

I come here at least once a week to conduct business on behalf of the organization that I represent. Their tellers and officers are always most polite and highly professional in addressing my every transaction. The security presence outside is always most cordial and also is a welcome presence at that. Kudos to a well-run establishment!

I went there at 3:55 PM ( they close at 4pm), but MR. Fabian still quickly and professionally solved IRA transfer issue at the last moment ( before deadline). Also, front desk lady is friendly and exactly knows what customers need.
