WILL NOT answer phone calls.I've called and left multiple voicemails (which kept getting mysteriously cut off), trying to answer questions on how to help my elderly and wheelchair-bound mother get statements for her taxes. I've had to bring her over from her nursing home only to be turned away again because they DO NOT answer or return phone calls. In one of my useless visits, I got a business card for a banker with a direct line, yet still I have to keep wasting time going over in person to get my questions answered for account access because they won't answer or return calls. I have wasted hours of my time on them at this point.Every other bank we use has been able to get us what we need, but BofA continues to be useless. Every branch and corporate customer service all systematically block you from talking to human beings.

The financial center manager (branch manager) is unable to deal with senior citizens, very disrespectful. A black mark to an otherwise excellent institution.

We have had our business account with Bank of America for over 10 years. Customer service had always been pleasant, until our local branch had some staff changes. That branch became a nightmare to go into. We could never book an appointment and when we did, some of the staff that was in charge or helping would be extremely unprofessional. We were ready to move our business to a different financial institution. This decision was changed when we walked into the Bank Of America on Tanque Verde. The entire staff is welcoming from the minute you step in. Anyone and everyone we have encountered is willing to help and if they don’t have the answer, the work on the issue until they do. Christian Campoy was the associate that helped us get an our issue resolved. He is extremely professional and was constantly keeping us updated on where our process was. We want to thank the staff at this location, for reminding us why we brought our business to Bank of America in the first place.

The worst bank on earth. DO NOT ever get their credit card. The phone never lets you talk to an agent. The wait times are insane. Then you are out on hold for long times. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have closed every account worth then and will never bank with them again.

I bank here often and while there’s always been a wait, it’s become ludicrous. Yesterday 10 of us were in line for one teller! Turns out there’s no mistake. This is by design. She was the only one on duty! I asked her if it made her anxious keeping so many people waiting and she said “I don’t think about it. “. Neither does the woman who appears to be in charge. She prances here and there never once saying even a simple “Hello” or “So sorry for the wait.”

I asked Twice about my new card to be mailed, old one was expiring. Two different people said it would arrive be the last day of the expiration month. I asked in October and mid November. Never arrived. Card expired. Mail address correct. I go to ANOTHER branch office, they show me how to get a new one on the app.Nice going... Now I have to wait a week without a card working while they sit on my money.

I had to go inside the branch for a few moments. Most businesses are back to their regular hours and staffing. The operating hours and services have not returned to pre - pandemic norms. Corporate B of A refuses to allow their local employees to give complete customer service, uncool!
