Called over 5 times and finally get a hold of i believe mindy. I ask about assistance with a representative to help create a business account and immediately get hung up on from what it sounded like. I called immediately after thinking maybe it was either my end or their end but still now answer. This isnt including the time i personally went in and asked about it. Im sure they're doing great on their KPIs..

Jaime the bank clerk was no help with my husband account who died 7 weeks ago. He is a cold person with no expression. Along with his coworker Mindy. Thanks for not helping a widow. To the owner all you have to do is look at the bank security camera. You'll see how I was treated.?

We opened up a checking account here about 6 months ago. The rep told us that we wouldn't have to pay the $12/mo fee we set up $250 in direct deposits. We said great because we plan to have two direct deposits of $215 each every month. Then we started noticing that we were being charged the $12 monthly fee and went down to the bank. The rep seemed to be new as did the other one. she repeatedly had to go back to speak to the manager. After about an hour they figured out what the problem was and told us that we needed a $250 direct deposit and that our $430 in direct deposits did not qualify because there wasn't any single one of at least $250. Needless to say that we closed the account as soon as we got one opened at WaFd across the street.P.S. On July 11, 2023 the CFPB took action against Bank of America for illegally charging junk fees and other frauds on its customers. Bank of America will pay more than $100 million to harmed consumers, and $150 million in penalties to CFPB and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Came in for a scheduled appointment and got told no at the door by the 3 women working there, not entirely sure why. They said they closed soon but didn’t close for at least another half hour.

I've been a customer since before it was B of A. Security Pacific days. They have forgotten what customer service is. Give stupid answers and everything thing is you need to make an appointment. Our next appointment available is in 8 days to put a stop payment on a check.

Generally a good Bank worldwide. I've had accounts since the 60's. But this branch sucks. They keep the doors locked so only one entrance or exit. They ignore customers when they come in. And when I had a request to transfer a large sum of money to this branch they gave me a hard time. I ended up going next door to Wells Fargo where they were very accommodating. But this branch?? UGH

Bank of America as a whole is awful. Terrible customer service, rude employees and just all around bad experience.

I needed to close a business account which I wasn't allowed to do online. Made an appointment for 2:00. Came at 1:55 had to wait in the general line till 2:15. Get to the front and they "check me in" and was told to wait. So definitely no point in the "appointment." Have to wait for the appointment guy who is taking people in the general line. Then can't find our account. Eventually I closed my account. It really felt like boa made me jump through a bunch of hoops to see if I would give up and not close the account.

I went to local Bank of America on Swan sunrise NE corner Monday 10 am adjusted opening 6-29 . Greeted by security officer in mask also held door open for elderly couple. ( chase on sw corner my usualBank had security outside no mask on phone texting or? & no distancing leaning on post sadly) . I went this bank because Chase suspended notary service I was told but we will give you a list of where to find notary .I wanted to notarize a adot car beneficiary form for my vehicles. Monica A very helpful thank you in big office with screen the whole lobby and process felt more comfortable than chase across the street ( not my usual branch difficult access ) but a few helpful people there. To consider open my own account at Bank of Amerika?

We transferred our checking account into our new trust. Mindy made it easy, and she notarized some other documents for us at the same time. A++!
