Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with this BofA shop. I was coming to the US from Europe for a position as a professor at the University of Arizona. So I had to set up my American bank account and credit card. I had an incredible amount of trouble to get these things going. I was misguided by wrong information regarding rewards and bonuses. On top of that my credit card application was denied (obviously had no credit score, coming from Europe, which I communicated from the get go). I was ensured, that I can get a secured credit card, but the application was denied. Instead of helping me out directly, I was referred to the phone hotline, which got me stuck in a loop with an automated voice. There was no possibility to talk to someone human on the line whatsoever. Also the conditions (interest rates etc) are way worse than what I am used from Europe. Overall a horrible experience.

They really helped my Grandma when she was having money issues. They know us when we go into the branch.

Has no interest in looking at calendar for planning ahead. Had an appointment but they didn't have the person working there anymore yet never noticed us about it. Sad they cant do their job right.

1 star is giving them more credit than they deserve. Complete garbage establishment. No real customer service. Went in to have some info retrieved so I didn't have to go the other route and the lady only wanted to walk me through the route I didn't want to take.

I'm not sure what the problem is with providing change at this location but it's always a waste of time. I need to replenish the change for my business once every 2 weeks, this location always refuses to give you change. No other location in town does this. If you don't have enough change to meet the needs of your customers then you should order more, this is not an isolated incident. I've had an issue with this bank every single time I've tried to go there for over the past 2 years. This is very likely a management issue having your tellers refuse to give customers change repeatedly is certainly not a way to conduct business at a bank. Please order the change you need to provide for your customers, is that really too much to ask?

I’m honestly so tired of Bank of America staffing a single teller… terrible staff planning. The bank supervisor just walks around and doesn’t jump in where required.

I hope this is not everyday but 145pm 3 employees have been helping 1 customer for 30 mins and there's 3 other people in line. They are rude, unprofessional and I say understaffed but I can see 6 employees and only 1 teller open, but the 1 teller has 2 other staff helping them. Unfortunately I can't use the dam ATM so I'm stuck in no man's land in this line. DONT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!!

This branch was once an example of customer service.They DO NOT CARE anymore.Make an appt or f off. 1 teller is all you get. It's a pathetic bank run by by people who either can or don't care.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Waited in line for 30 minutes for a teller to tell me she couldn't close my savings account. AND only ONE teller for the whole bank. There were several other bankers in the branch not even offering to help. Not only that but many of the branches are closed which makes even finding an open BOA a challenge. Bank of America will be losing a customer!

Went in to get something notarized really quick and you have to make an appointment, we do all of our business and personal banking with BofA and our line of business is real estate so this is super inconvenient. We walked into Wells Forgo who we don’t even bank with and they notarized it for us instead and right away.

Line out the door...16 people in line. 2 tellers. I counted 6 other people running around and nobody leaning a hand. If I ran my business like this I would be closed in months!
