I always have a good experience banking with BMO when Johnnie is there. Johnnie is friendly, professional, charismatic, and offers the best customer service. He gets everything done in a timely and efficient manner.

Had all my business accts and personal accts with 15 days notice because they didn't like who we rented our office too. (Political) Our businesses and personal accts ran millions thru Bank of the West. When BMO merged or took over we were no longer valued customer. We even got locked out of online banking almost immediately. Took months to fix. Take ur hard earned money elsewhere. If u have legal licensed business and lots of money the banks should just be happy u banked with them for 20+ years. When u find out real reason u may want to move ur accounts before they r run out of AZ.

Why do the tellers act like primitive gatekeepers to my money, taking 3x as long as the outside ATM, sizing you up the whole time, not recognizing they serve me?

Bank of the West is by far the best bank I have ever done business with. I have been in Business since 1981 and have used a variety of banks. They are friendly and efficient and take time to understand your business.

I recently started doing business at this bank by virtue of my Grandparents having a trust here. Because I am the Trustee of all of my Grandparents assets, house etc and the Trust is with Bank of the West I have been needing to come in several times in the last month and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, competence and patience of the people that I have had experience working with. I brought in a large Cashiers check this afternoon and the Banker, (Tasha) suggested and took her time to call and verify the check was good. I appreciate her taking that extra time and made me feel like she was taking care of me and the Trust. The bank tellers have been efficient and super pleasant! I especially appreciate this with dealing with a sensitive time. Thanks Bank of the West! Your team personifies what personal and great Customer care should look like.

I was refused service @ 11:40 by Laura at Orange Grove Branch, she said she has another customer a head of me and they close at noon.

If I could give less I would. I left US bank after 14 years with them to join accounts with my wife at Bank of the West. Went and joined on her account the told me 5-7 business days till I get my card. I waited 12 business days and never got my card. I called and was told it was never ordered so had to wait 5-7 more business days. Of course it took 2 weeks till I got it after 2nd try. So took 26 business days to get my card. Then I got it and cant use it they never sent me my pin for the card. I called and told wait 3-4 days to get the pin sent to me and NOTHING. I called the 1-800 number like paper says to do if I don't get it and the lady on the phone tells me nothing she can do I have to go to a branch. This is by far the worst bank ever. Do not ever bank with them. It has cost me time and money because of their mistakes and they don't care about customers...

This branch is the worst! EVERY time I have to use this branch it is a pain in the a*** whether it's a personal account or a business account it doesn't matter. It took over 5 hours to change my name on my account. The staff is substandard.
