I would not recommend this bank at all! Out of the blue this bank decided to close my elderly mother’s accounts. My mom had been banking with this branch for more than a decade and was sent a cashiers check with the sum of her balance! No explanation. As a result of this action, my mom DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HER MONEY as she waited for a cashiers check to arrive in the mail. Now my mom, who is not internet or business savvy, is having to figure out how to change all of her direct deposits and auto pays. The only reason given is “they are exercising their rights to close the account.” Very weird with my mom’s strong banking history at the branch. Save yourself some trouble and bank someplace else.

We started our account in Winslow Arizona about a year-and-a-half. We now go to the one in saddlebrook.We has always had great. Service. Every branch that we have gone to is always had that Hometown feel. The people that work there are always very eager to help even when there has been a problem in the past. They have done everything to do to solve the issues quickly and to our satisfaction I would recommend this thank you anyone

SLOW drive-up service. Frequently there seems to be only one person taking care of counter and drive-up customers. Covid has only made the problem worse at this branch.

We have banked here for many years, with both personal and business needs. In consideration of all aspects of banking, policy to customer service, the bank and especially the associates at this branch are as good as gold. Many thanks for always taking care of our needs.
