By far the best pharmacy in my area.
The pharmacist is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, eager to be helpful. Same with the techs! They are always helpful and always efficient. Very rare to have that these days.
Totally worth ditching those “drive thru” pharmacies that seem to be on every other corner. At least for me, I would rather have positive experiences like I have at Bashas Pharmacy.

Excellent customer service. They actually care, and treat you with kindness. This is the opposite of many other pharmacies I've tried. Prescriptions are ready quickly and the pharmacists' are helpful. Great job!

In my opinion this is the best pharmacy in Tucson. I used to pick up my medicine at a Walgreens and switched to Bashas recently. The medicines at Basha’s are much cheaper than Walgreens! I used to pay 50 dollars for a prescription at Walgreens and here it is only 16 dollars! When you call, there’s always some answering it in 10 seconds! When you pick up a prescription there’s seldom a line! I wish I never wasted my money and time at Walgreens!

Part of a backyard project included purchasing statuary. Basha's has several items, from cherubs and children to the usual guardian angels. And colorful metal flowers. Some with faux metal humming birds. A helpful woman in Customer Service answered my questions about pricing mid-week via phone. Today I went to Customer Service and shortly Logan manned the desk, offering his assistance. He was pleasant, amiable, and courteous as he climbed a ladder to retrieve my selections. He handled them with care, rang them up for me, and even placed them in my SUV for me, in the blanket I had brought. In under 20 minutes, I was on my way home, very happy with my statuary and the pleasant experience at Basha's. Thank you, Logan! You represent Basha's customer care perfectly!

BAKERY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. So is the director and the staff in the bakery who is NOT customer friendly. I don't think I've ever interacted with such unwilling, uneducated, classless people working in a supply and service industry. I realize it's a chain so the quality will only be so good. I don't say this often and lightly, but the staff is truly trash. They used to be amazing and the flavor and quality was spot on, but within the last year or so it has completely tanked. The area is also always dirty the last several visits. Bashes should really consider a change to the bakery and management. As a 20+ year customer I will not be returning and will make sure I let anyone know to not waste their money here. Such a shame.

This is one of the best Bashas' supermarkets! The store is well organized, well maintained and has super friendly staff all around! I have been shopping from this store for the past 16 years and will do so for many years to come!
